Welcome to our large beachfront condo. Come on in and enjoy your stay. Our condo sports full unobstructed Gulf beach views from the top floor. Park yourself on our large balcony spreading the width of the condo and enjoy the beautiful breezes, and amazing sunsets, make sure you are on the lookout for dolphins.
In the mood for pampering? rent a cabana, outside your door and relax the day away. In the mood to fish? Bring your pole and fish-on. A heated pool and hot tub for your use and lounge chairs to sun in downstairs, all for your enjoyment. In the mood for entertainment? you are moments to John's pass, boating, sightseeing, para-sailing, arcades, and tons of shopping.

Our condo features 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8 people. Clean and fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing time. Featuring two king bedrooms, and one bedroom with two queen beds. You bring sunscreen and we will supply the beach towels.

Come stay with us with flexible Dates and the number of days during certain seasons. Payments are only refundable if over 60 days until occupancy, after that, documented emergencies will be considered.

Dolphin watching galore! The condo was perfect for our family of 6 during the week of Thanksgiving. The beach was literally steps away. House was spacious and balcony was great for morning dolphin watching. Only con was the shower will get cold if anyone else runs water but it's only for a few seconds. Kitchen was well appointed with all the things needed to cook breakfast and dinner and there were things like sugar, salt, pepper leftover from other guests. We would definitely stay there again!

We loved the condo!! The view was amazing. The location was perfect with a lot of food opportunities within walking distance or nearby. I would stay at this property again if I am in the area.

As advertised. Easy access with keypad. 2 parking spaces. 6th floor Condo has about everything you need for a great stay. Clean & well maintained. TV’s for all bedrooms. Washer & dryer. Full kitchen, appliances, utensils, plenty of cups & glasses for everyone. Great view from a large balcony - the sunsets are amazing. Right on the beach. Sun loungers with umbrella available to rent. The Gulf water was calm & great for those with kids or those slightly unsteady on their feet. Food & drink available next door direct from the beach. Couple of other restaurants within walking distance but would recommend a vehicle to explore the surrounding areas.

This is a great place to spend vacation! The location is great, and the views were perfect. Angela is very responsive and made check in/checkout easy. The beds are very comfy and the space was clean. I would have liked to see the common areas cleaner/better kept, but that is out of Angela’s control. Overall would stay here again!

A home away from home

Five stars. Clean, great proximity to beach and restaurants, short drives to other beautiful locations like St Petersburg. Comfortable beds, large bathrooms, great dining and living spaces, wonderful small appliances in the kitchen and a great refrigerator and icemaker (crushed and cubed). The washer and dryer were a bonus. It was wonderful to relax on the deck to sip coffee in the morning and watch dolphins and pelicans frolic in the ocean. Definitely recommend this accommodation for future visits.

We’ve stayed at this property a few times now. The unit is everything you need. It’s clean, fully stocked, amazing views, and wonderful options for restaurants and entertainment in the area. We continue to book this unit over and over again. Book it!

Can’t wait to go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautifully decorated & so tranquil. The kitchen was far more equipped than other places we have stayed. The in unit laundry was a life savor as we came from Orlando & had been doing the parks for several days. The view was wonderful, & it is convenient to many restaurants & a fun local ice cream shop: Lulu’s. We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing

Was the absolute best experience! Although the start of our vacation we were in the middle of a tropical storm we didn’t miss anything. We were still able to enjoy the beach and pool and amenities every single day that we were there. The host had so many games to choose from even though we brought some of our own. Angela went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. She checked on us during the storm, and always responded to any questions I had within 1-2 minutes. Small issue with the stove not working in the middle of a dinner but ultimately was a blessing because we were able to visit a nearby restaurant and had the best time! We will definitely be booking again next year. Couldn’t have been more of a perfect location. 😊

On the Ocean

This condo on the beach was an absolute treasure to find. The place was spacious. The rooms were comfortable and we were able to move around the kitchen and stay connected with family. Great location and peaceful.

Awesome Condo made for a great summer vacay!

Our summer vacation in North Redington Beach was made memorable thanks to our stay at Toes Under the Sand Condo. Everything listed is exact. Angela is easy to contact and communicate with. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We enjoyed our walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets from the balcony, to the swimming in the pool/hot tub and collecting seashells with our kids. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

Great Family vacation

Great place for Family to spend at the beach. Apartment was very nice and big. Fantastic view of ocean. Complex would need some maintenance and elevator should be fixed. Was not working all the time. Angela was very easy to communicate with and gave great service.

The location was perfect. A 10 minute drive to John’s Pass. A lot of shopping and restaurants close by. The beach was clean and our weather was perfect. The condo was very spacious for all 8 of us. I would definitely come back.

The first time we walked out onto the balcony we fell in love with the view. All I could think of was falling asleep enjoys the sounds of the waves crashing on the sand.
