We are located in a 24-hour security gated property. Before arriving, please have the short-term rental app you booked through handy, as we use this for all communications.
We offer contact-free keyless check-in. You will receive a personal entry code to access the condo for your entire stay. The entrance is private and independent from other units.
You’ll also receive a physical building key that you must carry at all times to access shared areas, the beach gate, and the front lobby door after 5:00 PM.
OCCUPANCY:
The property has a maximum occupancy of three (3) people. If this rule is violated, your reservation will be canceled with no refund, and you will be required to leave the property. A valid photo ID for every guest staying must be submitted prior to check-in.
The condo entrance is monitored by a camera, so please take this into consideration.

RESERVATIONS:
Third-party reservations are not permitted. You must be at least 23 years old to book and be the registered guest. Other guests must be at least 13 years old. No guests outside of the ones registered are allowed to access the condo.
A two-night minimum stay is required. Holidays and long weekends may require a four-night minimum.
Smoking and Drugs:
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Marijuana and other drugs are not permitted. Violations will result in a $500–$1,000 fine.
Beach Gear: Two beach chairs are provided. Please rinse off sand from yourself, chairs, coolers, and shoes before entering the condo. Showers are available near the pool area for this purpose.
STORMS & HURRICANES:
No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service issues a mandatory evacuation order. Guests with stays overlapping an evacuation order will receive a refund for unused nights. No refunds are issued for rain, tropical storms, or other weather conditions beyond our control.
POWER OUTAGES:
The building is equipped with a generator for common areas only (not for the apartment). Temporary outages may affect electricity, Wi-Fi, or hot water. No refunds will be provided unless an outage exceeds 24 hours; any refunds will be at the host’s discretion.
BUILDING RULES:
This is a residential building with full-time tenants. Please observe the following:
• Always wear shirts and shoes inside the building.
• When wet or carrying beach gear, use the service/cargo elevator.
• Drinks are allowed at the pool in non-glass containers only.
*Eating or drinking inside the pool is prohibited*
No-shows and early departures will be charged in full. No refunds are issued for shortened stays due to weather, travel issues, or emergencies.
