This 1,700-square-foot home features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, providing space and privacy for families or friends traveling together. The living room includes two separate sitting areas, making it easy for everyone to spread out, socialize, or enjoy quiet moments throughout the day.

The well-stocked kitchen is designed with guests in mind and includes an abundance of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and plenty of spices—perfect for grilling up fresh, local mahi-mahi or preparing a gourmet meal at home. For entertainment, TVs are located in all bedrooms and the living room which offers free SLING streaming. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included, and charging is easy with three multi-device charging stations that accommodate phones, tablets, watches, and AirPods.

Outdoor fun is right outside your door. Enjoy two kayaks with life jackets to explore the scenic canal system, two bikes to cruise the neighborhood, and a game of cornhole in the extra-large backyard for some friendly competition. When it’s time to fire up the grill, you’ll appreciate the outdoor 6-burner stainless steel grill with sear plate, fully equipped with plenty of accessories for the perfect cookout. Planning a beach day? We’ve got you covered with four beach chairs, a shade tent, umbrella, blankets, a cooler, and a beach cart to make your day by the water easy and comfortable. Prefer to stay home? The pool is set to a comfortable 79 degrees, with the option to increase the temperature for an additional $30.00 per day, paid in full prior to arrival and separate from the reservation charge.

For your safety and peace of mind, the home is equipped with a Ring camera at the front entrance and a camera on the corner of the garage facing the road and one on the back of the house facing the backyard fence line. There are no cameras facing the dock, pool, or inside the home, ensuring your privacy. The property also includes two fire extinguishers, fire blankets, and smoke detectors throughout.
