Welcome to Casita by the Beach, your cozy coastal retreat just steps from the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach! This thoughtfully designed getaway combines modern comfort with a touch of Cuban charm, the perfect spot to relax, recharge, sip your morning authentic Cuban coffee, and play dominoes. Located in one of the most peaceful areas of Panama City Beach, you’ll be within walking distance of local restaurants, beach bars, cafés, and a short drive from St. Andrew State Park.
Guests have access to one designated parking space on the lot next to the property. If your group has more than one vehicle, you may park a second car directly behind the first one, as long as it belongs to your own party. There is additional public parking within walking distance during daytime hours, perfect for visitors. Please be respectful of neighboring spaces and avoid blocking driveways or other units.
Two bedrooms: one bedroom includes a queen bed, the second bedroom includes two twin bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed included in the common area of the property. (sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably).
One full bathroom stocked with complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, and aloe vera.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a homemade meal: pots, pans, blender, toaster, dinnerware, microwave, and refrigerator. A complimentary bottle of wine will be placed in the kitchen upon your arrival.

Besides all of the information given about the unit, the property is in an excellent location. It is within walking distance from the beach and Buster's Beer and Bait. A short drive from Schooners, Captain Anderson's, St. Andrews State Park, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show, Wonder Works, bowling, Ripley's Believe It or Not, several go-kart racing locations, and Pier Park.
The property is also very close to several supermarkets, such as Walmart and Publix.

I truly love Panama City Beach, especially the peaceful East End. It has the perfect balance — close to the action, but far enough to relax and unwind. Morning beach walks, sunset skies, local seafood spots, and that laid-back coastal energy are what make this area so special to me.
