* Bunk Bed Safety: To keep our custom twin bunk beds safe and sound for everyone, we kindly ask that top bunks be reserved for guests under 150 lbs.

* Exclusively for Vacationers: This home is a dedicated sanctuary for leisure and family retreats, so we exclusively host vacation stays no working crews.

* Allergy-Free Sanctuary: To ensure a pristine, allergy-free environment for all our guests, our home remains strictly pet-free.

* Driveway & Parking: Our mountain driveway safely accommodates 2 to 3 vehicles, please note that neighborhood rules prohibit overnight street parking.
