Great stay at a wonderful house

Really enjoyed our stay at the house. We rented it for an event we were attending in Prescott and could not be happier with the location, the house and the owner. Tons of great restaurants and interesting things close by. We will definitely be staying here again going forward!

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great weekend with our two little ones and dog up in the Prescott pines. The house was clean, comfortable with lots of patio space to enjoy being outside . Location was a convenient short drive to downtown. Would definitely stay again

Charming and close to town!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Cory Pines! The home was charming, cozy and so close to Whiskey Row. The home is well appointed with everything you need, including toiletries in case you forgot to bring your own! Our two Chihuahua's enjoyed the patio area where they were part of the family while we relaxed outdoors. Would definitely stay again.

Great pooch-friendly getaway!

This charming Alpine chalet was a great getaway to beat the summer heat. It's in a great location just a mile from the Courthouse Square area, in a quiet neighborhood in the pines. The house is set up really well for dogs with a completely fenced in patio area and a separate side yard with artificial turf for dogs to play and potty. Wildlife is abundant - we saw deer and javelina here so be sure to keep an eye on the kids and dogs.

Thanksgiving in the woods.

It was a very nice place. Enough personal space for everyone, just a bit crowded in the kitchen. Very well appointed. The dogs loved having their space as well. Close to town and the lakes. Had a problem with other dogs barking, but they may have been visiting as well. Would go back again.

Excellent location and Gorgeous Property!!

Wow! We were impressed the moment we walked in! Clean and comfortable, my family of 4 and 2 dogs had an excellent week stay! Everything about this property was accurately portrayed in the description. The detached unit is an added bonus! The location is perfect for day trips as we explored Prescott and the local forest as well as Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The property is extremely dog friendly-- my dogs appeared to enjoy the doggy door and freedom to come and go outside as they desired. I will highly recommend this property to friends.

A very nice house. stocked with everything you would need. Caution that even with great directions, it is really hard to find at night the 1st time. Suggest that if possible you arrive the 1st time during the day, in order to find the parking behind the house. Hosts were very responsive the night we arrived. The dog run on the side of the house is perfect for dog lovers.

A wonderful A frame home with all the conveniences. Even our dogs loved the stay.

Prescott is a fantastic walking town and staying in Cory Pines adds to the total enjoyment. We loved being able to walk downtown with our hounds and enjoy the many pet friendly patios for breakfast or lunch. The house is well equipped with conveniences of washer and dryer, cable TV, Internet, kitchen wares, etc. Plenty of clean linens. Our dogs are used to using a doggie door so they loved the freedom of going inside and outside into the fenced patio and turf yard. A great get away for us and the dogs and MUCH cooler weather than our home in Austin. Thank you for the lovely stay in your home.

We loved our home in Prescott in the midst of the “forest” yet so close to the square and all that it offers. We had planned to take pets but did not at the last minute. However it would have been a great place to have them with us as there is fencing all around the back and even a dog run! We would gladly go back and stay at the same great home!!

Wonderful Home!

We came to Prescott for our daughter's college graduation from Prescott College. This home was perfect for our stay with family & friends. The house is beautiful, comfortable beds, great common space (especially the two decks) and the kitchen has everything we needed. We even took advantage of the BBQ and the fire pit/chiminea. The house is easy to find & close to downtown but in a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of beautiful pine trees. Darcy, thank you for sharing your home with us. I wish I had discovered it sooner when my daughter first came to college at Prescott. However, if we ever return to Prescott, I will definitely be contacting you!

Close to Downtown - Dog Friendly

4th visit to Corey Pines. 2nd time for the 4th of July. Great place. Close to downtown. Surrounded by pines. Great neighborhood. Very casual and comfortable. Enough room for a large crowd. 2 bedrooms up, 1 down and 1 in the guest cottage (great for kids). Plenty of space to spread out. Updated kitchen with everything you need but restaurants are only 5 minutes away. Depending on time of day and year there is a front deck (morning coffee) and a back patio (afternoon social hour). The lighted umbrella on the patio makes a perfect place for game night. We ate every meal there. Bar B Que on the patio was perfect. Very dog friendly. Large enclosed patio right out the back door. Also enclosed grass area for the pets (fake grass) but it works. Our dog (Daisy) loved it. There own little world. Kelli is great to work with. Easy to reach. Stays in touch and follows up as soon as you leave to make sure your stay was the best. Highly recommended. Recommendations: Front deck makeover? Furniture very tired, worn. Enclosing the deck with lattice work like the upper decks would allow small children and dogs to also enjoy this space.

Location was great. We walked our dog in the neighborhood and the property couldn't have been more dog friendly. The enclosed run/yard in the backyard was perfect for our small dog. The house was clean, comfortable and charming with wonderful art throughout. Maybe a 20 minute walk from Whiskey Row but a simple 3-4 minute drive. Would stay there again in a minute.

We had an amazing stay! The chalet is clearly well loved and thoughtfully cared for - everything we could possibly need was already there. Check in was simple, and the location easy to find. Beautiful area

Beautiful location with pines, juniper and oak trees. Give a feeling of seclusion and peacefulness even though you’re in a coy neighborhood. We saw several deer wander past and a coyote. The fenced in yard and doggie door was a real plus. The house is older, but comfortable with adequate AC for summertime use. Neighborhood is a great place for walking, and challenging hours for biking. Front deck was a great place to be in the morning and the rear deck in the evening.

Nestled among old-growth Ponderosa pines, this property offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience, being just under a mile from both downtown Prescott and the rodeo grounds. Despite its proximity, the chalet feels like a peaceful retreat in the woods.The accommodations are exceptional, with vibrant, cozy décor and thoughtful amenities that make it feel like a true home away from home. As seasoned VRBOers, we were blown away by how well-stocked Kelli’s property was—games, books, Roku devices, kids’ coloring supplies, and a fully equipped kitchen. The linens were soft and comfortable, with plenty of extras for colder nights.The outdoor spaces are an unexpected highlight, including a fully gated patio with tables, chaises, a fire pit, and a separate dog area. Upstairs bedrooms each have private balconies, and the patios’ east-west orientations makes them ideal year-round.The layout is functional and family-friendly, with a downstairs queen bedroom, a cozy kitchen and dining area, and two comfortable upstairs bedrooms. The real surprise was the detached guest house, complete with fold-down sofas, a large TV, and laundry area, providing everyone with privacy and space.It’s truly a gem offering location, comfort, and charm in spades. We enjoyed our stay a the Cory Pines cabin, in walking distance from downtown Prescott. It is a great location with lots of things to do for our entire family. Directions to the home were very clear and communication with the host was great.
