Welcome to the Rose House, on the historic registry, in the renowned Nob Hill area in Downtown Prescott

This beautifully restored one bedroom, one bathroom1920's Bungalow with a renovated, free-standing, studio guest house, with it's own bathroom, is just steps away from the Historic Yavapai County Courthouse, Notorious Whiskey Row, Sharlott Hall Museum, Thumb butte, Watson lake and the wonderful shops, galleries, restaurants and breweries that always make the Downtown Prescott one of the top, must-visit, destinations in Arizona

This home has a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out queen bed in the living room sofa. In the studio guest house, there is a queen bed with a pull out queen bed also in the sofa. Additionally, there is Internet with Wifi, Cable TV, fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessary dishware, silverware and glassware, pots, pans, new refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave and gas stove over oven.

Owner will provide paper towels, toilet paper and clean linens, sheets, laundry detergent and bath towels. Please bring your own preferred toiletries such as shampoo, bathing soap and toothpaste.

Cozy and quaint

We were in Prescott for the Whiskey mountain bike race. My son and husband raced. The two cottages were perfect size for my family. Had all of the amenities we needed to be comfortable. This is an old house so it isn’t perfect but very charming. Loved all the windows that brought in a lot of light. There is a fence around the property so we could let our dog be free outside. And it was the perfect location for us. Just two blocks from the town square and the steep hill back to the house didn’t kill us. Looking forward to next year’s race and renting this place again. Host was great and responsive when needed. Definitely recommend.

Perfect

Great location in a beautiful historic neighborhood within walking distance to Whiskey Row. The library is right across the street and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The detached extra living space with a kitchen, bed, bath and loft has modern updates but holds onto its historical roots and it is very nice inside. The fenced in yard is secure for pets too. This property made our vacation in Prescott much more enjoyable and relaxing after a day of hiking, sightseeing or shopping.I Highly recommend this property. Todd was an awesome host

Beautiful cottage and guest house

This is our 2nd stay at the Rose House and we had a great time once again. Todd is super responsive and we appreciate that. The location is perfect and we love the bright sunny front room with sparkling clean windows! We visit Prescott often and this property is on our list of favorite places to stay!

Wonderful place to stay! The house & studio were the perfect set-up for my husband & I, who met up with 2 of my best girlfriends! Had everything we needed & was so convenient to walk to town. The entire historical neighborhood was fun to see as well.

Great stay in Prescott!

Perfect location and setup for two couples in downtown Prescott. A very peaceful location just a short walk from Whiskey Row and all the action. Easy to get to local hiking trails and family in the area. The appliances were great and the space was super cozy.

Very Nice and Convenient Location

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights with another couple, to explore Prescott. The location was an easy walk to downtown and it was nice to have a separate guesthouse so each couple could have their own space.

Keeping it secret

I hated giving five stars in all categories because I want to keep it to myself. This cute little house and guest house worked perfectly for us. My husband and I were able to spend some alone time, then jot across the walkway to enjoy family time with my sister and her husband. It was walking distance to Wiskey Row and all of the other amenities in downtown Prescott. The host was accommodating and responded to my questions immediately. We will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

The place was great. Two blocks away from Whiskey Row so you can walk to the court house square. The house was nice and spacious with plenty of room. The guesthouse also had plenty of room. It was perfect for our family. Will definitely stay here again.

Always enjoy our stay in Prescott- Our son Tim first found this wonderful place and we have rented it every year since. Making memories with my 82 year old mother and brother. Tim and his wife and our 2yr. grandbaby also rent a place in Prescott for the same dates and we all enjoy our time.....

Wonderful stay in Prescott

Had a wonderful stay at Christmas time. House was located a very easy, 2 block walk to the square. Our teen son loved having the guest house to himself. Doggie door and fenced in yard was perfect for our small dogs. Quiet neighborhood. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great Christmas Get away

This is the 4th time we stayed in December. Excellent house and guesthouse, only a couple of blocks from Courthouse Square. Very comfortable, and large dining room table where everyone can eat together. Nice oven and range for cooking. Lots of chairs, every one has a place to sit.

Fantastic Location

This cute chocolate box of a home along with its guest house is perfect for several people we had day sleepers and we had early risers so it worked to our advantage. Everything is stocked in this house wonderful mattress and great kitchen for cooking dinner. The only minus is the house next-door is being renovated so there was a bit of construction noise. Late sleepers and nappers, remember to Bring earplugs

Rose House Weekend

My wife and I stayed the weekend and really enjoyed the property. It was more space than we needed for just the two of us, but we loved the location and the price! Would stay again, and bring the kids, or another couple to enjoy the guest house.

Perfect Place in Prescott

Although there were some technical issues with our stay the owner was very prompt in responding and overall we had an excellent stay. It is a wonderful location within a few blocks of downtown. Having two separate units is awesome to allow for all attending to have their own time together.
