Only a few minutes away from popular Crown Center shopping area, the National World War I Museum and Memorial, and Union Station, all of which lie just outside the neighborhood.Located 15 minutes to Brookside, Waldo, the Country Club Plaza and Westport. The property is also approximately 15-20 minutes to both Arrowhead and Kauffman stadiums.



Getting Around:

If you're not bringing your car---Uber/Lyft are your best bet.

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



PETS:

This unit is NOT pet friendly



Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 if these rules are violated.
