The Space:
Enjoy your stay in Kansas City in our newly renovated 3 bed/2 bath home.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with new cookware and utensils. Enjoy cooking a meal or grab a bite to eat from one of the many restaurants down the street!
We have high-speed internet for your work or entertainment needs. This home features a living room room with a Roku TV so you can access any of your streaming services. The small yet intimate dining area is a perfect place to eat with your friends and family.
This adorable house has 3 Bedrooms with 3 KING beds. There is an air mattress provided for your extra guest and a pack n play for your little one!

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is situated in a welcoming, family-friendly, residential neighborhood in Kansas City's Northland. We are conveniently located just 15 minutes north of downtown and 15 minutes south of MCI International Airport.
Getting Around:
This property offers parking in the front of the home on the driveway if you choose to bring your car. You can also walk around to check out the restaurants and shops only a few blocks away from the property. Uber/Lyft is also a very recommended mode of transportation and very accessible in this area.
Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Disclaimer- We have EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unauthorized Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
