With two comfortable living areas, a spacious deck, a fire pit under string lights, and plenty of room to relax, this home makes it easy to reconnect and enjoy time Up North. Guests also receive access to the Shanty Creek Lakeshore Hotel pool during the summer and winter seasons.



Spend your days golfing, skiing, exploring nearby lakes, or visiting the shops, restaurants, and breweries of downtown Bellaire. In the evening, grill dinner on the deck, gather around the fire pit, or settle in for a movie or game night.



The Space:

This spacious 2,169-square-foot home has two levels, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, giving everyone room to gather or spread out. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the open-concept main living area with natural light and peaceful wooded views.



The ground-level entrance provides convenient access without exterior stairs. The lower level includes:



• A second living area with comfortable seating and a TV

• A pullout sofa for additional sleeping space

• A wet bar with a mini refrigerator

Driveway Parking Is Available For Up To A Couple Of Vehicles. While There Is No Garage Usage, Being At The End Of A Quiet Cul-De-Sac Means There’s Plenty Of Space. In Winter, The Driveway Will Be Plowed And Salted For Your Convenience, But Since It Has An Incline, We Recommend A 4-Wheel-Drive Vehicle During Snowy Conditions.

Guests have private access to the entire home and included amenities. Self check-in is available through a smart lock, and the driveway provides free parking for up to two vehicles.



Please note that the garage is not available for guest use. The driveway is steep, and four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is strongly recommended during snowy or icy conditions.



POOL ACCESS



A Shanty Creek Lakeshore Hotel pool pass is included for summer and winter use. Pool towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Pool availability and hours are controlled by the resort and may change due to maintenance, private events, or seasonal operations.
