This house is by everything Northern Michigan has to offer and right in the heart of Shanty Creek Resorts. A short drive to Torch Lake, Traverse City, Boyne Mountain, Petoskey and Mackinac Island. When entering the front door you will be met with cathedral ceilings, a large living room with a fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors leading you to a patio over looking the private yard. The main living space is all open concept with main floor laundry amenities. Down the hall you will find a half bath, a bedroom (two double beds) and the master (king bed, tv, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and stall shower). Upstairs has a third bedroom (double bed) with a private bathroom (shower stall). Down stairs to the mostly finished walkout basement this space offers a second living room (with tv), kids toys, bedroom (queen bed), two single beds, a full bathroom (shower/tub combo), and gym. The walk out basement brings you to a brick patio and large private grassy yard. In the garage you will find a grill, a golf cart, pool / beach accessories and a few outdoor games. Leaving the house:
3 miles to Downtown Bellaire.
Downtown is home to Shorts Brewery and Mammoth Distillery. It also offers plenty of nice places to eat, parks for children, glacier Hills bike/ hiking paths and shopping.

Shanty Creek offers 47 trails over two distinctive ski areas and tube park.

1 mile The Chief Golf Course.

7 miles to Torch Lake.
National Geographic named Torch Lake the third most beautiful lake in the entire world because of it's pristine, crystal clear, multi-hued blue water. It's about 2 miles wide and is Michigan's longest lake.

23 miles to Traverse City.
