Welcome to our gorgeous, clean and newly renovated condo located near Granby, Colorado. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, "Select Comfort" king size bed and sliding glass doors to the balcony/deck. The secondary bedroom provides a double queen bunk bed with a stow-away twin bed and plenty of closet space. Gorgeous mountain views of the continental divide can be viewed from both bedrooms. The fully equipped and well supplied kitchen will create great meal gathering memories. There is also separate door off living area to balcony seating.

Located in the "heart" of Grand County, adventure awaits! World class skiing at Winter Park/Mary Jane; the three lakes (Grand Lake, Lake Granby and Shadow Mountain Lake); as well as the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park are all within 25 minutes from your doorstep. Nearby access to the Colorado and Fraser rivers offer exceptional fly and spin fishing opportunities. Flying Heels Rodeo arena, Grand Elk Golf Club and Granby Ranch Golf Club and the YMCA's Snow Mountain Ranch are under 5 miles away.

Just across Hwy 40 you will find City Market grocery, gas station, Subway, McDonalds and Granby Market Place Liquor store.

Ski Granby Ranch is two miles up the hill from the condo. It is a family friendly resort comprised of two hills, 33 downhill ski runs, snowshoeing and X-Country ski trails. In summer, the chairlift runs Friday thru Sunday accessing numerous biking trails, hiking, a wedding venue and gorgeous mountain views.

Ranch Hall is located at the base of Ski Granby Ranch which includes:
* A year-round heated outdoor pool and spacious hot tub
* Locker room with self- locking lockers, changing space, shower and bathrooms
* A well-equipped fitness center
* Play and game area with ping pong, air hockey and foosball
* A beautiful space for group gatherings

Access to Ranch Hall is available for a day pass of $20 per person (kids 8 and under free).

The downtown areas of Winter Park, Fraser, Granby and Grand Lake offer plenty of dining options, shopping, libraries, events and activities you will find at any typical tourist locations. At the Aspen Meadows complex there is a community fire pit. Please observe and follow all fire restrictions that can occur in the Grand County area.
