Miya Evi is a stunning 4 bedroom villa occupying a beautiful location less than 10 minutes walk to the center of town and equally close to the harbour.

This modern spacious property is stylishly furnished and enjoys wonderful panoramic sea views.

A flight of steps down from road level takes you to the villa entrance. On the ground floor of the property there is a large open plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with large sliding doors opening onto the pool terrace with spectacular sea views.

On the ground floor there are also two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and access to the pool terrace.

On the first floor there are a further two bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with en-suite facilities and large sea view balconies.

Outside is a large infinity pool, sun terrace, comfy seating area, al-fresco dining area, sun lounges, parasols and a table tennis table. The pool is fitted with a counter-current swimming jet which can be switched on for “continual” swimming .

Miya Evi also offers a separate annex away from the main house which provides a selection of sports equipment and also an office space. The roof terrace of the annex has a seating area and again wonderful views of Kalkan Bay.

The villa has wifi internet connection, TV & DVD and a Bluetooth speaker.

The villa is fully air-conditioned throughout. The pool can be heated during the cooler low season months with an additional charge.
