Die Villa erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen im exklusiven Kisla-Viertel von Kalkan. Ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Beach Club mit einem Bootstaxi direkt in den Hafen von Kalkan (5 Minuten Fahrt). Die Villa bietet einen Panoramablick von der Dachterrasse, dem Balkon und dem privaten Pool. Das Anwesen profitiert von einer Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude und einer eigenen Garage. Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einer großen offenen Küche / Wohnbereich und die Küche ist komplett mit den neuesten Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen komfortablen Sitzbereich mit Sat-TV mit Sport- und Filmkanälen, DVD- und Musikzentrum sowie einen fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht von Kalkan. Grillmöglichkeiten gibt es am Pool und auf der Dachterrasse.

Auf der Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht wurde ein Whirlpool hinzugefügt.

Beautiful views and lovely villa

My family and I had a lovely stay at Villa Candyfloss. The views especially at sunset were amazing, the pool was cleaned daily and the villa was comfortable.

We had a Fantastic week here. We came home completely relaxed. We had a hire car so was able to get into Kalkan easily. (5 mins). Great communication from the owner who was really helpful. The area is quiet and relaxing. Outdoor BBQ was in constant use by us. Great location, great facilities, great holiday. Thank you

Great family stay in Kalkan

Large and comfortable house nicely conveniently located on the slopes of Kalkan with a great view to the Kalkan and the sea. Great summer sunsets!

Villa with a view

A lovely stay, having been to Kalkan before, we knew our way around. I’d recommend a boat trip as a great day out. Kalkan never disappoints!

Lovely stay

We have just come back from a glorious two weeks at this lovely villa it was amazing .it was so clean and very spacious the most gorgeous views from every window and balconys .the pool was so clean and lovely. It was situated on a hill which could be a bit tricky for people with mobility problems.it was close to a few beach clubs which were amazing and you could get the water taxis to kalkan . The four of us had a amazing time thankyou john for letting us stay in your lovely villa ❤️

Lovely stay, incredible view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. John was incredibly accommodating to our family as we had a last minute change of dates and this is rare to find in this industry and for this I am very grateful. His place was well appointed and clean, with a great view from the pool. My girls enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub. Rest assured that previous reviewer‘s from years past were totally off. My only recommendation might be to add a corner shelf or cabinet and hooks in the bathroom as it was difficult to store supplies or hang anything, as well as perhaps maintain the jacuzzi tub as the enamel was starting to peel a bit. Otherwise fantastic and 5 out of 5!!!!

Excellent, Paradise

What a beautiful apartment. Very well looked after and with plenty of amenities. The view was amazing, by day and by night. Chilling by the pool looking over the bay was amazing. The owners local agent Hamza was a very happy and helpful person. Nothing was too much for him. We spent the week and enjoyed every minute. I would suggest if you have children that you consider car hire as it is only a few minutes from the beach clubs, but it is in a valley and quite a steep walk back. EXCELLENT apartment. The owner was very helpful when contacting with questions. I would defiantly go back and it was worth the money I paid for the week. Very good value for money.

The villa is in need of updating!

We needed to contact the owner several times before and during our stay because: - No directions were made available prior to travel - No instructions were available about leaving the property’s key Sadly, the villa needs some urgent updating to bring it up to a basic standard and we brought the major items to the owner’s attention: ~ In every room the Venetian blinds ware damaged and broken. As there were not curtains or blinds we were woken early each morning to bright sunlight. ~ Both first floor beds groan and creek with the slightest movement; without a doubt the mattresses need urgent replacement ~ Both second floor windows are broken and cracked allowing mosquitos and other insects into alternative bedrooms ~ The 4th bedroom couldn’t be used as there was not any bed linen ~ Many of the pillows were very stained and need replacing - they were lumpy, misshapen and old. ~ The air conditioning unit in the rear first floor bedroom was extremely noisy and needed repair to ensure a comfortable second night ~ There was nothing to wash dishes with so we had to improvise! ~ Ground floor toilet roll holder is broken ~ No lighting available to aid going down one flight of steps towards ground level ~ One of the shower soak-always was blocked ( we removed lots of hair) but water continued to flood part of the bathroom floor making it unsafe to move about without caution. ~ Shower tidies/ shelves not available in the showers and bathroom for storage of toiletries ~ no mirrors in some bedrooms, On a plus side: ~ the villa was spotlessly clean ~The pool was beautifully clean ~ The kitchen was well equipped but several items of cooking equipment were not clean ~ On arrival we found eggs, cheese, milk, bread, jam and honey. Thank you. ~ Incredible views! ~ Lovely clean towels and bed linen. It would have been lovely if a visitors’ book was available to provide local information about the villa and its local area.

Hello Gail. Thank you for your kind words about the views the kitchen the pool and the cleanliness of the villa and also the welcome pack .....We did indeed speak a number of times before and during your visit and I believe most if not all of the smaller issues you raised were down to running maintenance and we're resolved by my agent while you were there . I'm a bit confused about there not being clear directions to the villa ...the site for obvious reasons does not give an address but this was provided to you by myself and as you were reluctant to speak with my agent directly on your drive to the villa (which seems to work very well for guests normally ) written directions were provided to you from one of the landmark hotels in town ....but I am glad you arrived ok.....also as I allow guests to stay as long as they like on their day of departure at no extra charge (as long as no new guests are arriving ) there are no formal check out procedures..simply leave the key where it was on arrival. on the subject of the blinds and beds I did explain that they are due to be replaced next year but due to the pandemic and the doubt as to whether we would even have a season in 2022 it was not possible to do this before now ....this is however refected in the rental prices charged in 2022 which are considerably below the identical villas either side .....I am sorry that you did not feel that the villa lived up to your expectations but I hope you still enjoyed your time in Kalkan .....John

Mijn verblijf was met mijn gezien was okey,maar jakuzzi werkt het niet afwasmachine werkte niet,het kon wat proper zijn zwembad ramen 1ste verdieping wc slot was kapot ik ben paar keer binnen vast gebleven,voor die prijs kon wat beter zijn ik vindt dat ik veel heb betaald normaal gezien wou ik terug betaling vragen zouwie zo min 200€-300€ terug

Hello Nuray I am sorry you experienced some issues during your stay ....my agent said you reported that the washing machine amd dishwasher were not working properly but when he checked them they seemed to be working ok ....the faulty lock on the ground floor toilet has been replaced and the Jacuzzi has had a service booked in . My family and I very much enjoyed our time in Kalkan. It was our favorite part to our trip to Turkey. The villa was better than we had anticipated. It has everything you'll ever need and is in a great loacation.

Kalkan stay

The view over Kalkan Bay is spectacular. The website offers a slightly misleading description - the 2 bedrooms on the uppermost floor is a box room with 2 twin beds and the lounge through which you access the wetroom with a single Z bed. Couldn’t sleep 8. Antalya airport is not 2 hours away its 241km and takes over 3.75 hours on a good day. It is not brand new as stated as the villa is looking tired, in need of modernisation and TLC (internal fittings are corroded, sun bed mattresses are stained and worn etc). There are no instructions on how to use the equipment provided and as we didn't see the manager until we emailed about a problem, there was no way of knowing how to use them. Washing machine wouldn't fully work (wash no spin), the microwave is broken and only 2 plates on the stove work. The TV is old and to play a DVD you have to unplug the skart and plug in the DVD connection. There are no instructions on how to receive satellite (just a CNN channel the others not being part of the package) and it took us 2 days to work out how to view the news. Anyone slightly non techie would have struggled. TV is old model not geared for the modern wide screen relays so you loose the sides – a bit of a problem when it’s a studio and the presenter disappears! The bedroom TV’s do work once you figure how to start them but only show local TV. We found that many of the lights around the house need new bulbs, the remotes needed new batteries (£12 worth had to be bought in the town) and you have to be aware that the multi-plug cords snake everywhere. The pool was well maintained. The site should warn people of the steep roads to traverse. Going down, OK back up strenuous.
