Title: Misleading Listing and Maintenance IssuesWe stayed here for one week with several families and sadly the experience did not match the listing. The house was more worn than the photos suggested, and cleanliness was below expectations. The trampoline shown in the pictures — one of the main reasons we chose this property for the children — was not there.We also faced several issues: the pool umbrellas were broken and only replaced the next day, so we spent the first day without shade. The dishwasher racks kept falling off, posing a danger with glassware inside, and later stopped washing properly. The kitchen was poorly equipped; pans and utensils were burned, scratched or melted. Replacements were brought after we asked, but we had to manage without them for a couple of days. For guests who prefer cooking at home, this was a big disappointment.The host’s attitude was reactive rather than proactive — whenever we pointed out a problem, the response was “I’ll bring it tomorrow” or “I’ll fix it soon.” While some issues were eventually addressed, it left the impression that many shortcomings were already known but ignored unless guests complained.Overall, the house is spacious and has potential, but misleading photos, missing amenities, and lack of proper maintenance made our stay disappointing.
