All rooms are custom-decorated and have full ocean views. Two big-screen smart TVs with a Blu-ray player. New Split AC with ceiling fans in every room, including bathrooms. Full-size washer dryer, Stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry with soft closing drawers, and a live-edge epoxy dining table. Custom art and decor throughout, including a turtle family swimming through the master shower. Guests will have access to beach chairs, umbrellas, yoga mats, masks, snorkels, fins, bodyboards, and swim noodles. The kitchen is fully stocked with an automatic coffee maker, a French press, a coffee grinder, a blender, a food processor, a crock pot, an Instapot, and miscellaneous spices.

We had a great time in Hawaii but the highlight was the view from the lanai. We spent hours out there watching the birds, the boogie boarders, the boats and especially the sunsets. The location was a big plus; it was great to be able to walk to the market, shops and restaurants.

Well stocked kitchen with an amazing sunrise and beach view! Appliances all worked well. The furniture inside and out was beautiful and comfy. We enjoyed walking every day for shopping, exercise and going to restaurants. It was hard to leave sometimes because we enjoyed watching the dolphins, surfers etc right from the lanai. There were so many snorkels and masks that our kids enjoyed- in the awesome pool and at the beaches. This was one of our favorite condos anywhere. Thanks for sharing with our family! Amazing sunsets and memories made. Aloha and mahalo!

Great condo on the beach!

We loved staying in this corner unit! The views were great and the place was well stocked with beach gear and snorkeling equipment so we could snorkel at the beach right outside our window. Great restaurants were in walking distance and the sunsets were beautiful!

This was my third trip to Kona and this location was fantastic! Great condo with beautiful views from all points. The hosts had all the beach and snorkeling equipment we could need. The kitchen was well stocked and fun to cook in considering the wrap around views. Mornings drinking Kona coffee and watching the surfers, boogie boarders and rowing teams and the sunrises were spectacular along with the sunsets from the lanai!! Great Location

We have stayed at Kona Reef for many years. This was the first time in this room. The location is perfect, the accommodations were neat and clean just as pictured. It is right next to the beach, walking distance to downtown area on Ali drive. Loved our stay, and cannot wait to book again!!

Amazing Big Island Stay

Property was perfect for our family of four and our week stay on the Big Island. Location is perfect right next to Honls Beach. We started each morning with yoga on the beach and listening to the waves crashing while enjoying a cup of coffee on the lanai. Our teens loved being able to make the short walk into town and explore the shops of Kailua Kona. Thanks for an amazing stay and we would definitely come back.

Great property, great location. Very morning was beautiful and wonderful sounds of the ocean. Kids could play in front of the condo or at the beach next to it and we could still see them. It was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.
