We really enjoyed our stay at the Alli Villas. The location was perfect for everything we had planned. Beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the view from the lanai was gorgeous. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves was 10/10.

Enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. Within several minutes to of excellentl restaurants. Communication with Hosts was outstanding. Use of beach gear was very convenient. The property was as described (very important). Best recommendation is that we would definitely stay there again while in South Kona.

We loved it!

Amazing view and great amenities. Everything is here for you whether it's a lazy beach day, adventure across the island, or have an ice cold beverage on the lanai while watching the waves. We loved our stay!

We love this condo overall to stay in. Very close to downtown Kona, beautiful view of the ocean, close to the pool, and it has all the amenities you would need for a week's long stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay here. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. We arrived a bit earlier then check in and were able to utilize the pool whilst waiting for the condo to be ready. The location is perfect and the view of the ocean is incredible. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location with a great view

This is a great location with a great view. This is right on the water so you can listen to the ocean all night. House was very clean and well maintained. The house had everything need for our stay plus some extras. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in Hawaii.

Nicely Furnished Condo with Awesome Views of the Ocean

We really enjoyed staying at this condo, especially the great views of the ocean. Nice soothing surf was soothing during the night. The beach supplies were an added bonus as well. Would definetly come back to this place again!

Amazing property!

This condo was absolutely perfection. The location was ideal, the condo had everything we needed. The view was gorgeous- we enjoyed seeing dolphins and whales. I will miss falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night.

Beautiful place, nicely appointed, perfectly situated for whatever you want to do on the Big Island... head North or South for a day trip? Or just hang out at the salt water pool. The furnishings and decor are lovely. We had a great stay.

This condo has the best views of the ocean. We could watch spinner dolphins, beautiful sunsets, and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I can't wait to go back.

Great time at Betsy’s place

Betsy was a great host that accommodated our unexpected early arrival. Your room would be less close to the ocean on a cruise ship. Great spot to explore south of Kona. Great value on the big island.

It was a lovely place to stay at. Being by the ocean was amazing.

We loved our stay here. Betsy’s place was very nice the beds were extremely comfortable best of all was sitting on the lanai in the morning watching the spinner dolphins and the whales. Would highly recommend this condo. Betsy is very good at communicating with you and helping sort things out. She also had great suggestions for things to do and places to eat definitely a five star review.
