Conveniently located approximately 20–30 minutes from Disney World, 35–45 minutes from Universal Orlando Resor, and 25–35 minutes from SeaWorld (drive times vary with traffic), you'll be close to Orlando's top attractions while enjoying the peace and comfort of a quiet neighborhood.

After a fun-filled day exploring the parks, come home to your own private oasis. Cool off in the screened-in pool, challenge the family to a game in the game room, or unwind on the covered lanai while your dog enjoys the safety and freedom of the fully fenced backyard.

Designed with families and groups in mind, this single-story home features:

2 private en suites, front has a queen bed and the rear has a king bed

If anything isn't quite right during your stay, please let us know within 24 hours of check-in so we can address it promptly. Our goal is to ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing, comfortable, and truly five-star vacation.

Additional house rules

*This is a dog friendly property and while we have it cleaned and sanitized after each stay, you may still find stray pet hair.*

CLEANING: If you have any issues with the cleaning, please let us know by 4pm the day after check-in. We will have the cleaner come out to address the issue. After the 24 hour window, an additional charge of $170 will be applied for call outs.

BBQ CLEANING: The grill is free to use but does require cleaning after use and the propane to be filled for the next guest. Failure to clean the grill will result in a $55 cleaning charge.

HOUSE SUPPLIES: We offer starter supplies with your stay, but you may need to purchase additional items depending on your length of stay. This may include additional dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.

House-trained, polite dogs are welcome, but each pet stay will be charged a $130 pet fee. In addition to the pet fee, a $65 pet cleaning fee may be assessed for hair in the beds or picking up of dog waste from the yard. If you wish to bring more than 2 dogs, please contact me first. Please clean up and dispose of all pet waste appropriately. Please keep dirty paws off of furniture and rugs. Please do not use the white towels to clean the paws of the dogs.

You can check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am. If you need some flexibility, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Children must always be supervised at the Pool, with no exceptions. No Diving allowed. A skimmer is provided to skim the pool in between our weekly service as well as a robot pool vacuum. If you'd like the pool service company to do it for you, it will be an additional charge of $50 for the call out. Additionally, no glassware is permitted around the pool area to prevent accidents or injuries.

Driveway Parking

Respect the Peace- No Parties or Gatherings. Keeping noise levels down, especially during quiet hours of 10 PM and 8 AM, helps maintain a good relationship with our community and avoids you from experiencing any neighbor complaints.

We are highly allergic to smoke, so please be respectful. Our home is a strict NO SMOKING/ VAPING zone, which helps us maintain a fresh environment. No illegal drugs are tolerated on the premises. There will be a $500 fine for any infraction of this rule.

No extra guests: Please ensure all guests staying with you are listed on the reservation. This includes furbabies (pets).

Trash: Please roll cans to the curb the night before trash pick up and return them to the side of the house after pick up. Trash pick up is Monday.

Handling Damages: Accidents happen. If something is damaged, please let us know so we can fix it.
