Welcome to your perfect East Tennessee escape - a modern cabin that sits on 10+ wooded acres, combining rustic peace with modern comforts. Whether you're here for lake living, family time, or just unwinding, this cabin is the perfect getaway!
Access to the lake and private dock is included - about 0.4 miles from the cabin via gravel trails. These trails REQUIRE a 4-wheel drive vehicle (we provide a 4WD Polaris Ranger*).
Family-owned and operated property! Owner lives on the property.
Lake & Dock Access (Seasonal)
Less than half of a mile from the cabin, enjoy access to the lake and private dock. The trail is gravel and REQUIRES 4-wheel drive. Guests may use their own 4WD vehicles (at their own risk—we are not responsible for damage).
TVA drains the lake water November-April.

A 4WD Polaris Ranger is available for guest use
-Requires completed waiver
-valid driver’s license (21+ years old)
-$300 refundable damage deposit
-Must stay on designated property trails

The cabin’s full kitchen makes cooking easy and enjoyable:

-Refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink
-Cookware, utensils, and basics ready for your stay
-Children's dinnerware and a high chair are provided
Dog-Friendly Paradise
-Bring up to two dogs along for the adventure ($50 pet fee per dog).
-Dogs must be on-leash at all times as the owner has pets as well.
-Dogs are not allowed on furniture!
Guests have access to the entire cabin and surrounding property, as well as the dock and lake front area. The owner does live on the property, in an RV. This area is off limits to guests.
We provide access to a 4WD Polaris Ranger, see full information on accessing the Polaris Ranger in the "Other Details to Note" section below.
Other things to note
Our cabin is quirky! It is a 1960's log cabin, renovated in 2024/2025. The A-frame ceiling means there are tight spaces in the loft/upstairs bedroom, so watch your head! Additionally, the A/C for the upstairs bedroom/loft is on a window unit, which works very well, but certain areas of the loft may be warmer than others.
We have a very strict no smoking policy in and nearby the cabin ($150 smoking charge).
Dogs must be on-leash at all times at the property, as the owners and their pets live on the property.
