We love the Fraser and Winter Park area and hope our guests enjoy all of the amazing activities within close proximity as well...
Winter Park ski resort is just 6 miles from our property. Guest can drive to the resort or ride on the free bus which can be picked up just up or down the street from our property. The Winter Park resort offers summer and winter activities like: skiing/snowboarding, tubing, alpine slide, miniature golf, mountain biking and more.
The Fraser River trail is less than a half-mile down the street. This is a wonderful place to walk or ride bikes along the river with beautiful views. This is also the perfect place to do some fishing.
Winter Park and Fraser have wonderful breweries, restaurants and two distilleries. You can walk to two breweries and one distillery from our property!
Enjoy the beauty of the area by driving to Grand Lake , 32 miles away, and Rocky Mountain National Park, 50 miles away.

* Bedroom 2 on the Top Floor: Furnished with a double bed, bunk bed, and dresser. Opens to a deck and amazing views of the forest behind the unit.
* Bedroom 3 on the Top Floor: Furnished with a queen bed and has a closet.
* Bedroom 4 on the Bottom Floor: Furnished with a double bed and has a closet. Has a full bathroom with a walk-in shower right next door.
3.5 Bathrooms:
* Primary Bathroom: Private full bathroom for the primary bedroom with a walk-in shower.
* Bathroom 2: Full bathroom with a shower/tub that is easily accessed by Bedroom 2 and 3.
* Bathroom 3: Full bathroom on the bottom floor with a walk in shower.
* Half Bathroom and laundry room: Located on the kitchen/dining room floor and includes a washer and dryer.
