This prime location is conveniently situated within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, breweries, and shops. Moreover, the property is easily accessible via the complimentary town shuttle, which offers seamless transportation to the Winter Park Resort or the downtown area of Winter Park.
This cabin boasts vaulted wooden ceilings in the spacious main living area, providing plenty of room for relaxation and socializing. It serves as an ideal environment for engaging in conversations and playing games, enhanced by a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and in-floor radiant heating that keeps your feet warm during the winter months.
The primary kitchen is a perfect space for any culinary enthusiast, featuring generous room, a custom backsplash, and a large bay window above the sink that presents stunning views of the yard. It comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, a sizable pantry, and a compact breakfast bar that opens into the main living area, accommodating up to three people. Additionally, the expansive kitchen offers extra seating for four more guests during meal times.
The back section of the home includes an additional entrance that leads to a private patio, complete with a small area for outdoor enjoyment and a private hot tub. A large mudroom provides ample storage for outdoor gear, coats, and jackets. This space offers direct access to both the kitchen and the laundry room, which is furnished with counters and a sink.
