This place is exactly what you'd want for a large group. There were 10 of us and we felt like there was plenty of room watching tv, eating dinner, hanging outside, or going to sleep. The check in process was a breeze talking with Charlotte, answered calls quickly, got back to us quickly if we left a message and was accommodating when we wanted to adjust check-in time and our date. This place is close to the main drag but also nestled into the forest so the environment is very quiet. In addition, there are nice hiking trails close by or you can walk around the neighborhood. Would definitely come back here again. Thanks for the great spot!

Whenever possible, we're happy to accommodate early check-in requests if the home is ready. Unfortunately, that isn't always possible due to our turnover schedule. On days when one group checks out and another checks in, we have just a six-hour window to prepare the home. During that time, our team completes the full cleaning, inspection, trash removal, and hot tub servicing. Since this is a fairly large home, those six hours go by very quickly, and we never want to compromise on the quality of our preparation for incoming guests. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back for another visit soon!

We enjoyed this house for my dad's 80th birthday party. There was great space in the kitchen, dining area and deck for everyone to enjoy snacks and meals together. The location was great - not far from town and easy to get to. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well. The rooms were smaller than they appeared in the photos (except for the primary suite, which was huge), but overall, this was a great house to enjoy a multi-generational stay. Highly recommend!

The rental was great - There was plenty of space, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking equipment, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay at this home again for another trip to the Winter Park area.While the rental was a short drive away from the ski resort, this was clearly communicated by the hosts. Additionally, the shuttle stop was a short walk away.

Perfect location

This house was perfect for my group of friends. Location has a great view of the mountains and was only a short drive to Winter Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Wonderful stay! The property manager was very friendly and communicative. Fantastic stay close to hiking trails and a fun fishing lake - kids fishing and a separate pond, as well. 4 minutes to Safeway. Great stay!

Great location with easy access to nearby activities and attractions. The house itself has a vintage charm but is in need of serious maintenance and updates. While it works for a small group or short stay, I would not recommend it for larger groups due to space and upkeep issues.
