As previously disclosed, linens and personal bedding items are not provided. The absence of bedspreads and other bedding items should be considered in that context. Regarding the furniture, comfort is subjective, and guests naturally have different preferences. We do our best to furnish the home with practical accommodations suitable for a beach vacation. Beach access is also accurately represented by the property's location and surrounding natural dunes, which are part of the coastal environment. We do appreciate the acknowledgment that we responded immediately to the toilet issue. Providing prompt attention to maintenance concerns and taking care of our guests are priorities for us. We welcome constructive feedback and continually look for ways to improve our guests' experience. However, we believe prospective guests should evaluate the property based on its actual description, location, amenities, and clearly disclosed rental policies rather than expectations that may differ from what was advertised.

A beach rental is not represented as a luxury hotel, but we make every effort to provide a comfortable and enjoyable vacation experience. We also want to clarify that the listing describes a jetted bathtub in the master bathroom, not a separate outdoor hot tub. Guests should review the property amenities and description carefully to understand exactly what is being offered.
