We had a terrific stay. The house was wonderful; the hosts were very accommodating; we could hear the sounds of the waves from the balconies; and though our visit was during peak season, the beach felt almost private. What a great time!

A clean, well-stocked, 3 BR/2 BA, close to the beach. AC, drive on beach and restaurants. The hosts were so accommodating and helpful. We had everything we needed and more. The condo is spacious, with adorable hidden away nooks if you want to sneak away and have some alone time. The 3 balconies were charming and oh-so-relaxing. A hidden gem.

My family had an amazing week at this beach house. The hosts answered a couple of questions very quickly before we arrived. The check in was perfectly smooth. The space is comfortable and accurately described. There are plenty of towels, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked for cooking great meals. We grilled, cooked inside, and ate out a few times. Every window has shutters that work smoothly and encouraged us to turn the air off and enjoy the ocean breeze some nights and close them when we wanted darkness.The neighbors were quiet and friendly and we sat outside most mornings and evenings on the deck.The location is exactly as described. Right on the dunes on a huge almost private beach. We know brigantine very well so we picked this area for the huge beach and quiet but it is a bit longer through the sand to get to the water than the more crowded spots. For us this is definitely worth it! In the evening it is a short walk through beautiful neighborhoods to get to a beach facing the Atlantic City channel and the bridge and was a beautiful place to watch the sunset! I can’t say enough about this rental and would definitely stay there again!

Just got back home from staying at this great place in Brigantine. The house was very nice and super clean. Kitchen and bathroom upgrades are VERY nice! Fully stocked with all amenities needed. We loved that they had a beach wagon with some extra chairs and umbrellas in case you forget yours!We didn't need to contact the owners about any problems, but they are very responsive to emails and/or texts if needed.Thank you John and Marilyn for helping us have a great vacation!

Quiet sunny relaxing beach vacay

4816 Ross Drive South was the perfect place to spend a week relaxing at the Jersey shore. With three bedrooms, two full baths, and open plan kitchen/dining/living room, the house was roomy enough to accommodate six adults plus one greyhound. The kitchen and outdoor grille had everything we needed to cook vegan. We especially liked sitting in the outdoor patio and eating on the back deck. The beach was a short walk away, and the house came with beach chairs and umbrellas. The neighborhood was quiet, no loud parties. Atlantic City's attractions -- the boardwalk, the Ferris wheel, the world's largest pipe organ, not to mention the casinos (which we didn't visit, being non-gambling folk) -- were a short drive away, and Lucy the Elephant in Margate City was a must-see. Couldn't have asked for a better time!

Our family of five loved our stay. The interior was even better than the pictures. Main bedroom bed super comfy. Hosts very responsive. Beautiful walk through the dunes to the beach. Easy parking. There is a private walk for this house and the few others along that block to get to beach access (or easy walk from street), but there is also a public walk just across the street along the dunes to walk your dog and not worry about yards, which is very convenient. There was a guarded beach one street down from our access so easy walk to swim within the flags. Only downside for me is cabinets are stocked with lots of dishware and condiments/similar. This seems to be the norm everywhere we rent however. I'd prefer less dishes and less food items so there is room for our food - but again, this seems to be the norm as owners likely live there too and I'm sure some guests appreciate having so much. Would recommend.

It was the perfect home for our family vacation. This is a well cared for, well stocked house. Even though it was pet friendly, it was extremely clean and well kept. It's located in the quiet, southern end of Brigantine, but still a short walk to shopping, etc. It was a beautiful walk to the beach through a wide stretch of the dunes, but our 3 and 1 1/2 year old grandchildren made the walk almost everyday. The hosts made sure the house was stocked with the dry goods and linens needed for the vacation, which made packing and leaving easier. We highly recommend this rental.

Great Home

We found this home perfect in many ways. My son and family stayed upstairs; my husband and I downstairs. This allowed for privacy as needed. The minute you walk in the door the home is set up for functional living. There’s a nice bench to sit on to remove shoes, a shoe rack for shoes, and hooks to hang items. We used the hooks for our dog leash and hats. The kitchen is very well stocked. There are so many plates and dishes, easily meets the needs of families. We found the shower outside invaluable; especially the additional small foot shower. We used that a lot as many days we did not go into the ocean, only needed to get our feet cleaned. When we arrived the home was well cleaned. This meant a lot to us as we are in a pandemic. Lastly, the walk through the dunes was beautiful, leading to an expansive beach. There were not many people on the beach; at times we had it to ourselves. A great stay and we would request this home again someday.

Beautiful location and beautiful beach

We had a fantastic first trip to Brigantine Beach with 2 adults, 2 kids (9 and 12) and 1 Shih Tzu pup at this property! The townhome was cozy and quiet. It was super clean and well organized when we arrived. Check-in was easy. We had a couple of nice chats with pleasant neighbors when walking to and from the beach but couldn’t hear any outside noise from inside. The neighborhood and house were dog friendly, which we appreciated. We loved sitting on the top deck to see the butterflies and birds flying over the sea grass and dunes in the backyard. The pictures don’t really show how pretty and natural the setting is. It is lovely. The kitchen makes impressive use of the space. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed and more. There were also a lot of spices available, which is always helpful. And I don’t know where to begin about the beach. We LOVED it! A short walk through the dunes out the back door (beats dragging chairs down several street blocks any day!) and there was the wide, soft sandy beach. We chose to sit a bit away from the swimming area and had loads of room to spread out. Any groups next to us were typically 20+ feet away so the kids had plenty of space to build sand castles, play beach soccer and wade. For full swimming and wave boarding, we just walked a little bit to the guarded area. I have never been on such an uncrowded NJ beach. It was amazing. Just be sure to note that dogs aren’t allowed on this stretch of the beach (we used a doggy day care on beach days.) The chairs and beach supplies in the shed on the back deck and the outdoor shower were handy and really great. We got takeout seafood twice during the week from the Crab Shack and yummy ice cream from Aunt B’s and definitely recommend both places (we didn’t have a line - the ice cream was good but not sure I would wait in a long line for it!) We also made 30-minute driving trips to visit the Ocean City boardwalk and Forsythe Refuge for birdwatching and a short hike. We had a really great family trip to the shore and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a nice vacation!

Relaxation in the Sea grass

Our family enjoyed the quiet and natural setting of this beach rental. The condo was very clean and owners were very responsive. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and towels, as well as paper products. An added bonus is that we could bring our dog with us.

Everything we hoped it would be and more. Owners provided many upgrades over typical realtors; sheets, towels, soap & paper product to name a few. Location was wonderful…quiet and beautiful views, home has 3 decks with peek of ocean view from top level. Owner communication was just enough. We rented 14 days and hoping to repeat or increase next year. Super dog friendly. Highly recommend.

Great place!

Great location, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. We couldn’t believe how empty the beach was which was wonderful! Their property is exactly as advertised with some extras. We had a great experience staying for the weekend in Brigantine, NJ Close to casino Immaculate property Marilyn was wonderful to work with, we would definitely stay again!

We took one look at this house, strolled through the dunes to the beach and knew we’d found the beach home we have always dreamed of. We (and our energetic dog) most enjoy the beach off season. We hope visitors will share our appreciation for this special place, feel welcome and relaxed while here.
