This stunning two-story condominium is perfectly nestled "on the beach". As you step inside, you're greeted by unmatched direct ocean views, a testament to the condo's exceptional location. Just 100 feet from the water's edge, the beauty and rhythm of the ocean are your constant companions. Moreover, the vibrant casino district is only a ten-minute drive away, four minutes from Links Golf Course, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and excitement.

Our condo is elegant, boasting well-appointed living spaces adorned with modern decor. The expansive decks are a highlight, offering breathtaking views of sunrises and sunsets. This is more than a stay; it's an immersive experience in luxury and comfort.

While we welcome families, friends, and moments of joy, we do not permit parties, events, or unruly behavior. The condo comfortably accommodates six guests, ensuring everyone can enjoy the serene atmosphere without feeling crowded.

Our property is located on the North end of Brigantine, with the beach directly in front of it. This differs from the south-end properties, which require a long walk through the dunes to access the beach, and the views are primarily of the dunes. Our property offers "direct" access to expansive beaches.

The living room, with its full sliding glass windows, presents impressive ocean views, bringing the beauty of the beach into your living space. The main bedroom, designed in a loft style, features extra-large sliders that open up to even more ocean vistas and a private balcony for unwinding in privacy. The second bedroom is a modern space with two full-size beds.

The small kitchen has plenty of cabinets, all the necessary cooking tools, and mirrored walls that reflect the ocean's splendor. We take pride in our professionally serviced linens and exceptionally maintained property, ensuring you need nothing more than your time for relaxation.

Please note that our property includes stairs upon entering and stairs to access the second-floor bedroom (there is also a bedroom and bathroom on the condo's first floor), which may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The upstairs bedroom is a "loft style" bedroom. There is a new modern double shower in the primary bedroom upstairs and a new walk-in shower on the first floor with seamless glass doors and ceiling-to-floor tile.

Lastly, we happily include six beach tags, an umbrella, a wagon, and chairs for your summer beach days. Enjoy!
