We traveled to Austin from Canada with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and experience the city’s music scene. The home was spacious, comfortable, and easily accommodated four adult couples. One of the highlights was the rooftop patio with its fantastic city views—it was the perfect spot to relax and have our morning coffee. The location was also very convenient. We could walk to several nearby restaurants and bars, and downtown Austin was just a short ride away. Overall, a great stay and a memorable birthday trip.

layout was very nice - 3rd floor got warm - living room furniture was extremely soft and very low to ground - near impossible to get out of, very poor for elderly, kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable - kitchen well stocked - low quality dishes and cutlery - can openener was junk - dark driveway - tripping hazards- lights didn't work

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the layout and found the kitchen well stocked. That said, we’re sorry several aspects of the home negatively affected your comfort. Your comments about the furniture, kitchen items, lighting, and safety concerns around the driveway are all very helpful and will be reviewed carefully. Some of these items, especially lighting and tripping hazards, are priorities for us to address promptly, and we’ll also reassess furnishings and kitchen supplies to improve usability for all guests. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and regret that parts of your stay fell short of expectations.
