Dieses Haus befindet sich weniger als eine Meile vom Herzen der Innenstadt von East Austin, nur einen Steinwurf entfernt von einigen der besten Restaurants, Bars, Kunstgalerien und Nachtleben in der Stadt! Das Haus ist brandneu mit High-End-Ausstattung / Geräte, Flachbild-TVs im ganzen und eine Dachterrasse mit der besten Aussicht auf die Innenstadt! Amazing offener Grundriss für unterhaltsame, co-arbeiten und einfach Spaß haben! Du wirst dieses Haus lieben !!!

layout was very nice - 3rd floor got warm - living room furniture was extremely soft and very low to ground - near impossible to get out of, very poor for elderly, kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable - kitchen well stocked - low quality dishes and cutlery - can openener was junk - dark driveway - tripping hazards- lights didn't work

The place was exactly as described. Beautiful rooftop with a view of downtown for the sunsets. We had one minor issue with the Lietz and the host sent someone over right away and had the lights fixed. Would definitely rent there again.

Amazing stay!

Great location and space

Loved this house! The space was excellent and clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Only issue we had was some plumbing problems on the first floor which were easily resolved by host. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location!

We were a group of 4 couples staying 4 nights and this was a perfect house for us. We all had our own room and bathroom, Kitchen and living rooms were spacious and the rooftop deck was an added bonus! Great beds, linens, towels, everything was clean and well cared for. Would stay here again!

Great location and good setup for groups

Great location just a couple blocks from East Austin restaurants, bars, and breweries. House is setup well to accommodate large groups. Bedrooms are good size with comfortable beds and lots of hangout space between the downstairs area and the rooftop, plus the ping pong table in the garage. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
