This area looks onto the outdoor patio area and pool where you can access the space through the large sliding glass doors. Off the living room, is the modernly designed kitchen. Plenty of pantry space, all appliances (double door fridge, stovetop, built in convection oven, coffee maker, blender, rice maker). Fourth bedroom, which is detached from the main house, features a queen and single bed, both with comfortable mattresses and bedding, and plenty of closet space. Sleep cool & fresh with our ac wall unit. The ensuite bathroom features a standup shower.

The laundry room, also detached from the main house, has an automatic washing and dryer and space to store surfboards, and outdoor beach items.
