Welcome to Majestic Grace! This beautiful and spacious home is centrally located in Maggie Valley, with easy paved access all year round, as well as a garage that guests may use. Motorcycles welcome! Come enjoy the views from the covered porch and watch the elk graze in the yard.

With a gas log fireplace, pool table, high speed WiFi, and cable TVs in all the bedrooms, this stunning property that sleeps 11, is the perfect home base for your Great Smoky Mountain Getaway with friends and family.

Majestic Grace is set in a fantastic location that places you right in the heart of everything this incredible area has to offer. It is less than 5 miles to the Cataloochee Ski Area, and just 2 minutes to Tube World. Soco Falls, Cherokee, Harrah’s Casino, the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are all just a short drive away.

When your first arrive, you’ll find parking for 3-4 vehicles as well as a spot in the garage. Travel up to the covered porch, pull up a rocking chair, or grab a seat on the porch swing and soak in the gorgeous views.

As you step through the front door, you’ll immediately feel right at home. The living room is warm and inviting, with cozy furnishings, a gas log fireplace, and a large screen tv with both cable and streaming. This area opens into an incredibly spacious dining room and kitchen with high end finishes, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of seating for family and friends to gather. It is stocked with everything you’ll need to whip up a delicious home cooked meal, enjoy a cup of coffee, or relax with a glass of wine. The back porch off the dining room also offers a propane grill for outdoor cooking.

Just past the kitchen, you will discover the most serene master suite with rosemary green walls, warm wood, a tv, and a luxurious king size bed with cozy linens. The attached full bath is recently remodeled with an amazing walk in shower and an oversized vanity with plenty of storage.

Travel back through the living room and up the stairs where you will find two incredible bedrooms. The first one boasts a wonderful king bed, a tv, and a cozy reading nook. Across the hall, the spacious third bedroom sleeps 5, with a queen over queen bunk bed, as well as an additional twin bed and a tv. These two bedrooms also share an upstairs full bath conveniently located in the hall between them.

Back downstairs and to the left of the dining area, you’ll find access to the two bay garage, laundry area, and the additional suite. The first bay was converted to a game room and offers a pool table and dart board downstairs. There is also a walkway here to the laundry area that our guests are welcome to use, along with access to the additional suite.

This private retreat offers a queen bed, tv, and it’s own attached full bath. This space is great for teens, older kids, or any guests that would like to enjoy a little more privacy while still being connected to the main house.

Off the game room is another door to the additional bay of the garage which our guests are welcome to use for parking.

Guests will need a car to best enjoy the area and surrounding attractions.

-Guests should note that the 4th bedroom is a separate suite over the garage. It is accessible from inside the house but is set apart from the main area of the home.

-Guests may use 1 side of the garage for parking

-Motorcycle friendly!

-No parking of trailers or vehicles on the lawn. They must remain in the driveway.
