3 Bedrooms and a loft: 2 kings (one with en-suite bathroom), 2 bunk beds (twin on top, full on bottom), and a sofa bed (double) in the loft- 3 Full bathrooms.

The open floor plan features a soaring two-story great room with premium wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen includes an electric range, dishwasher, and microwave, with plenty of room for shared meals and conversation.

Guest Notes
There is no trash pickup on the mountain. Guests must take trash to the designated dumpster before checkout or may leave $5 per bag (maximum 4 bags) for cleaners to handle disposal.

Check-in after 4:00 PM / Check-out by 10:00 AM- Maximum occupancy: 12 guests- No parties or events- No smoking inside the home- Quiet hours after 10:00 PM- Pet friendly (must be disclosed and approved before arrival for an additional fee of $75 per dog)- Minimum age to rent: 25 years- Please respect the mountain environment.
