IM HAUS

Dieses gemütliche Lake Michigan Cottage ist einladend und heimelig, genau wie ein Strandhaus sein sollte.

Die untere Ebene verfügt über ein brandneues Familienzimmer mit Bartresen, Queensize-Schlafsofa, Flachbildfernseher, Spieltisch und komplettem Badezimmer. Niemand möchte einen regnerischen Urlaubstag, aber Regen kann Sie nicht davon abhalten, einen Familienfilm oder ein Spiel in diesem wunderschön dekorierten neuen Raum zu genießen.

Die Treppe hinauf finden Sie den Hauptwohnbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, einem Essbereich mit 9 Sitzplätzen, einem komfortablen Wohnzimmer und viel Platz zum Entspannen im Freien, einschließlich eines Gasgrills und Speisen im Freien.

SCHLAFEN

Dieses Cottage bietet Platz für 9 Personen und ist dank seiner einzigartigen Aufteilung perfekt für Reisen mit mehreren Generationen geeignet.

Aus dem Hauptwohnzimmer gibt es ein "Schlafzimmer", das ein Queen-Ausziehsofa und eine neue angeschlossene WC hat.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 weitere Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett und einen eigenen Balkon, auf dem Sie abends bei Sonnenuntergang ein Glas Wein oder Ihren Morgenkaffee genießen können. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und ist gleich um den Flur vom Badezimmer entfernt.

ESSEN

Die Wohnküche befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer mit vielen Schränken und allen Geräten. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für 9 Personen. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind zum Wohnzimmer hin offen, sodass Sie von den großen Fenstern aus immer noch den Blick auf den See genießen können.

Oder gönnen Sie sich ein Festmahl auf dem riesigen Deck. Der Essbereich im Freien bietet Platz für 6 Personen auf dem hinteren Deck und weitere 4 Personen auf dem vorderen Deck. Unser Barsch auf dem Hügel ist der perfekte Ort, um einen Sonnenuntergang im Sommer am Michigansee zu beobachten!

DER STANDORT

Gehen Sie zum State Beach und vergessen Sie, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Bringen Sie unbedingt Ihre Fahrräder mit, da dieses Haus in der Nähe des Grand Haven in der Innenstadt liegt. Ein Spaziergang mit dem Fahrrad entlang des Kanals ist ein wahrer Genuss.

Awesome location

We had a wonderful stay. House was perfect for our needs and so close to the beach. Clean, and stocked with everything we could have needed. Depending on your fitness level pretty walkable to the downtown area as well. We would definitely book again for our future golf trips.

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay! The layout of the house provided everyone with enough space and privacy for our group of 8. Updated decor throughout and overall the house is very clean. 5-10 min walk to the beach/pier area and just over a mile walk to downtown. The walk back to the house involves a decent hill to climb which may be an issue for some people.

Great stay with great views

Classic cottage was everything it said it would be and more. We spent many hours on the deck enjoying the weather, and the view was fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone to have privacy and spend time together. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!!

Great pre-arrival information and tips. Check in was very easy and communication from property manager was spot on. Vey clean and just as described. Much of home was remodeled since booking and done very nicely. The weather was very hot during out stay and the house was able to stay cool. Very quiet area with minimal traffic. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms and bedrooms had comfortable amenities, beds and towels. Wifi was simple to access as well as the cable tv. Close walk to the beach aa well as 15-20 minute walk to town for coffee, ice cream and we even visited a couple of bars and restaurants. We plan to visit again if this losting is avaliable next summer.

Close to boardwalk

Nice living area and spacious bedrooms. Clean and comfortable. A pretty steep hill to walk down to the boardwalk but convenient if you don’t mind the hill. one of the full bathrooms is two floors away from all the bedroom so basically useless.

Great location

We loved the location and the size the house was very comfortable. The living area was cozy, with plenty of room to relax with our guests. The bedrooms were basic, but were adequate. Some of the house has been updated, but the kitchen and upstairs baths need some updating. Access to some beach chairs, beach towels and bikes would have been a plus and something that would make the rental more worth the pricing. I think the rental fee is quite steep for the property and is all about location. Overall, we had a great stay in Grand Haven.

Close to beach

House was immaculate. Plenty of space for all. Easy in and out parking. In a very quiet neighborhood. Walk down steep hill to beach, but very doable for the children ages 6 and 8. Stroller for the 3 year old. Lots of easy hikes nearby to YMCA playground and forest area. For the price and house condition and lovely towels, our only surprises/complaints were none/lack of refills for: toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, kitchen towels, kitchen garbage can bags, extra bath towels. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Grand Haven Family Vacation

Our stay was amazing and the house was PERFECT!!! The communication between the property owner and I was not the best. I could not ever get a response back and would not have had to pack as much. They had plenty of pack in plays and also had more room than 9 people to share this home. A lot of our guest were kids too, so they are smaller:) The homeaway site has the wrong address they had 120 prospect and it is 120 emmet st. Not far but frustrating when your going by your website that you booked from. Other than that our stay was great, the weather was perfect. We could not have asked for much more!! Thank you!!

Nice size n location as advertised

This was a nice quality stay in a convenient location as advertised. Nice amenities, plenty of linens and very clean. The only areas of concern would be the WiFI was up and down a lot, 10am is too early for a checkout especially if no early check in is strictly enforced. It should be 11am or noon. There was also only 1 one pan for cooking which is challenging for a properly that sleeps 9. Great communication too from the management team which is awesome.

Nice property. Very spacious. Great for our kids and grandchildren to visit with us. Two stove burners needed new igniters. The outside grill needed a good cleaning. Convenient to Grand Haven State Park and downtown Grand Haven. Great restaurants and shops. Anna's and Morning Star were great for breakfast. JW's and Kirby House were great for lunch and dinner.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place is nice. BIG - really could sleep more people which might make it more cost effective. The water was out when we got there and Unsalted was QUICK sending someone out to repair it for the first night. I reported a GIANT hornets nest right above the door to get in - luckily no one in our party was deathly allergic. I never heard back from Unsalted but I am assuming they would take care of it before the next renters come as it would be dangerous not to. Great location (if you are good with a HILL to walk up). Good parking. Probably the most well stocked place we have stayed at as far as the kitchen.

The Perfect House For 3 Generations

We had the best time staying at the Barefoot Vacation Property! It was so clean, supplied with everything our family needed (and more) and all beds were super comfortable (even the 2 pullout couches)! Our questions we had when we checked in were answered immediately and a missing sheet for a pullout bed was delivered within 10 minutes!!! It was perfect for the 3 generations that stayed and vacationed together! There were 10 of us. We celebrated our youngest grandchild’s first birthday while we were there. Everyone had their own space if needed and each family had their own FULL bath without running out of hot water! Amazing! We would return for sure! There is so much to do in the special little beach town of Grand Haven. Our tip..... I don’t know if I missed an inventory sheet of items in the house, but be sure and check if you are bringing babies/children. The house had items we never dreamed would have been there and it would have saved our children from having to travel with items they didn’t need to bring! Our fault, not the property owners!

A wonderful week

The beach house was perfect for our family of 9. It was clean, nicely appointed, very roomy and met all of our needs. Grand Haven State Park Beach was a short walk away and all our days were spent on the beach or exploring the waterfront. During the evenings we grilled and the adults relaxed on the spacious decks enjoying the cool lake breeze while the kids played in the game room on the lower level or competed with each other on video games on the large flat screen. The best thing was that this house afforded us the opportunity to be together in comfort

Perfect Summer Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our two family summer getaway. We had four adults and three kids in our group with more than enough space. The house was so clean and well stocked. The location was great, it was so nice to walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the huge wrap around deck in the evenings. The only con, and it’s a minor detail, would be the upstairs was a little dated in the carpet and furniture but not enough to deter us from coming back by any means. You won’t be disappointed in this amazing house and perfect location.

You won’t want to leave Barefoot Beach to go home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The House was perfect! We had four adults and three children. We had plenty of space. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. We loved driving to the top of the street, the view of the lake is beautiful. The staff was super helpful and quick to answer any questions. A wonderful unsalted vacation employee gave us some great recommendations on what to do and where to eat! Can’t wait to visit Grand Haven again and will for sure use unsalted vacations again!

We loved our stay at Barefoot Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a perfect home base for our family (grandparents, kids & grandkids) to spend a week in Grand Haven. We especially enjoyed the wrap-around deck with lake views, and the close proximity to the Lake Michigan beach and downtown Grand Haven. The house gave the 9 of us plenty of room to spread out. The living room was very spacious and well furnished with plenty of comfortable chairs and couches when we all wanted to sit around together in the evenings. We especially appreciated that the kitchen was so well-supplied, since ate all of our breakfasts in and cooked in several evenings. The apparently brand new grill on the back deck was appreciated. Thanks for a lovely week!
