Dieses charmante Landhaus befindet sich in der Hafenviertel und der Innenstadt von Grand Haven entfernt. Es ist nur einen Block entfernt von der Promenade, die Sie direkt an der Seebrücke und dem Strand nimmt. Unsere berühmte Leuchtturm ist innerhalb einer halben Meile! Ein kurzer vier Blocks zu Fuß finden Sie rechts in der Mitte unserer Innenstadt fallen. Viele wunderbare Restaurants und interessante Geschäfte und Läden warten auf Sie. Es gibt Marinas entlang der Küste und Charter-Fischerboote zur Verfügung stehen. Minigolf und ein Spaß Splash-Pad sind einige der Favoriten, zusammen mit dem Spielplatz und Kohle zechen.

Relaxing weekend stay

Our larger group of 8 stayed for a long weekend and were very happy with our stay. The home was clean, quiet, with large rooms, a well stocked kitchen, and outdoor space. Very responsive and helpful hosts, who offered good local suggestions. Location is excellent- a short two block walk to shopping, the canal, restaurants, musical fountain, etc.

Comfortable clean cottage near everything fun in Grand Haven. Convenient first floor bedroom and bath for older family members. Stocked with plenty of items for simple meals. Chairs to relax on front porch, back deck, or folding chairs for beach.

Lots of room.

Location was perfect. House had the many beds and two bathrooms that was necessary for our 4 adults/3 children. Large dining table and seating area for lounging.Driveway holds one vehicle, the rest have to park on one side of the street in front. It was never a problem.We were blessed to spot a mother deer with her newborn fawn in the neighbor's backyard. So sweet!

Great place in the heart of Grand Haven

Stayed here for an annual golf trip with friends - house was great, perfect location and hosts were easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and book here again.

Great Grand Haven Stay

This property was as advertised! Very clean, they had everything we needed and an outstanding location. We walked to the lake, walked to the restaurants and the nightly light show! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property!

Prime Location

Family Vacation

This home was exactly what we needed. Nice, clean, all the amenities we needed. Plenty of space for the family. Parking was good as there is the driveway and the street. . Walking distance to town for food and shopping is just a couple blocks. A beautiful 12 or so minute walk down the boardwalk to the beach. It is hard to get into an affordable place in Grand Haven for our family and we really lucked out this time. We would definitely book this home again.

The property is situated in a prime location and has easy access to downtown as well as most locations around Grand Haven. Robyn was very prompt in communication and making sure the home was up to mark before our check-in. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Great weekend in Grand Haven!

Couldn’t of asked for a better bachelorette party weekend, and this house made it possible! The house was clean, organized, and had everything we needed- complete with bedding, utensils, back porch, AC, and overall spacious living space! The location is truly ideal for any grand haven activity- walkable to every shop and downtown, short drive to the beach and could even walk if wanted! Myself and my guests truly loved our stay and I would recommend to anyone looking for cleanliness, ideal location, and a great host!

Excellent Rental House!

We had a great time at this property. It was very clean, well-stocked with all the necessities, and had a perfect layout for our 9 family members. There was a portacrib already there for us to use (for my grandson). The location is excellent. It's right in the middle of downtown Grand Haven and the beach. Both are within walking distance (about 15 minutes to the beach). Would definitely recommend!

Clean bright house

This house was perfect for us . You can walk to the quaint town of grand haven , great food and nice shopping and also walk to the pier , the beach , the musical light show . You can bike ride all around also . The beds and pillows were comfy . Enough towels and enough dishware , the kitchen well stocked to cook. We walked in and the house smelled fresh and clean . Anytime we had a question Robyn answered within 15 min. She even dropped off new blow dryer to us . I will visit grand haven again and would stay at this house for the great location .

Comfy and spacious but could use a few updates

The house was spacious for our family. The kitchen could use updates including the addition of a garbage disposal. Location was great. Deck was missing some railings which made it dangerous to be on at night when lighting isn't good.

Outside better than inside

For the price we paid not worth it. Is it too much to ask for lights bulbs that work. I counted 9 bulbs that were burnt out throughout the house. Bring candles for light not romance. The shower head on the first floor has one setting, take your skin off. Needs to be replaced. I wish my power washer had the same amount of pressure. For $100 you could replace the light bulbs and shower head. Would be nice is there was a hair dryer as well. Much better places for the money.

I am a lifelong resident of Grand Haven. My family and I are lucky enough to live in Grand Haven year round and love all the outdoor activities that west Michigan has to offer! There is always something going on in town but also secluded nature activities are always fun too!

This property is one of our favorites. Nestled in a quite neighborhood It is a short walk to all the attractions along the harbor, to the beach, and downtown.

The home has a great floor plan for families to gather. Open and spacious with 2 living rooms and dining room that all flow together. There is a yard, back deck, grilling patio and front porch for outdoor space. You can walk to most attractions and activities. You are in a quiet family neighborhood. There is extra parking on the south side of the street. Parents have often told us this location worked well for their teenagers because they could walk to find things to do nearby. Gathering on the front porch to enjoy the lake breezes has also been a favorite of guests.
Having a main floor bedroom has been a popular feature, as well as the large master bedroom with plenty of space for a portable crib. The house works well for families that want to stay together on vacation.
