The wide and quiet canal makes it an ideal playground for paddleboarding, kayaking and e-foiling. Featuring a pool table and TV in every room, this property is a two-minute walk to grocery stores, gyms and restaurants: a great advantage for group living; 6 minutes from a beach or Las Olas. We are excited to announce our partnership with a trusted third-party decoration service to make your stay truly memorable. This collaboration ensures that your celebrations are beautifully tailored to your vision, adding a special touch to your stay. Please note that, for your safety and to maintain our property standards, only our authorized decorator approved by the property owners is permitted. Amazing place!

We rented this for a group of 10 girls for my bachelorette and everything was perfect! So much space for us all to constantly hang out, get ready, dine, etc. Check in and communication were great with property manager who took the time to show us everything before leaving. Highly recommend!

Great property

The house was perfect for our large family. The kayaks and paddle boards helped us get through some of the not so perfect days. Management was very attentive to any of our needs.

Great Place, Great Location, Great Amenities

My friends and I did a golf weekend down in Ft Lauderdale. We stayed at this beautiful property. It is a great location to get to various golf courses and night life. The house has everything you need. Great activities for hanging around the house. We certainly appreciate the memories we were able to make. Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful home

My group was on a golf trip and adored staying here. The common spaces were perfect for us to be able to spend time in the pool and on the dock, watch basketball games on the massive TV, and cook and grill together. Jairo is the best property manager I've ever worked with, by far - responding to texts instantly and even addressing our need to fix the battery in the door keypad and have additional trash bags within like 20 minutes of each request.

Milestone Birthday celebration

We had a wonderful time at this home that is exactly as advertised. The check in and out process was very easy. Lilliana the property manager was amazing. She was always available, engaged, helpful and most of all kind. This was a last minute booking just two days before arrival when my previous booking that I had for five months cancelled on me, so this was a vacation savior. Thank you again for the assistance.

Outstanding Home Excellent Location

This place was as advertised. Luxury Waterfront! My wife and I brought our 3 young adult children and two teenagers for a family vacation. We were greeted upon arrival by the property manager and everything was cleans and ready for our stay. There was plenty of space and the home is completely furnished with all the comforts of home. Plenty of beach and bath towels. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary accessories. Pool was clean and warm. Kids loved the billiards table. There are no condiments like salt, sugar or spices if you plan to cook. No big deal if you plan in advance. Plenty of shopping close by. The beach is a short drive away. Overall this is a great luxury home and we would definetly stay again. Thanks Nicolas for being a great host!

Fort Lauderdale Vacation by the Lake

We had a great experience. We were the first to rent this lovely property it was very clean, very accommodating, the host was available when needed. A couple things l suggest that's needed so the next guest want have a issue. The one bedroom in the common area don't have a closet or Chester drawer to put clothes in, so l subjects buying a wardrobe cabinet to hang a few clothes and dresser to store other clothing and personal items as well. Also the bathrooms need tub and shower floor mates.. The Patios off the master and other bedrooms need patio chairs..Also need irons, full size ironing boards upstairs and downstairs. Those are just a few things to making the stay very comfortable since the majority of the living space is Upstairs. All the beds 🛌 were very comfortable...l would recommend this vacation home 🏡 and would stay again when opportunity allow..
