Needs to be deep cleaned/maintenance
Pros - check in went smoothly and Lance was easy to communicate with! Quick walk to beach
Cons - pictures online are mostly staged virtual pics! My daughter burst into tears when she walked in because she was hosting her bachelorette party and was upset with the condition of the house!
I didn’t want to spend too much time dealing with everything, so I sent a pic to Lance of the broken pull out sofa in the bedroom and asked where the sheets were located! I called him after a no response on the app and he gave me the code to get sheets! The pull out in the master was broken too!
We couldn’t leave any food out for apps on the kitchen table. Ants covered the bagel bar we left out for everyone to make a bagel!
Trash cans outside were so full! Animals got in and ripped all the bags! I did try to pick up and put back in the trash can! They were full when we checked in on Friday!
Blinds in bedrooms were missing slats!
House needs to be off market for a week to go in and do a deep clean! And to fix all the things that are broken! Pull out mattresses need to be replaced!
I would not stay here again!
Not sure how to get a partial refund for guests that didn’t get a bed and had to sleep on couches! Lance did offer to bring air mattresses! But I didn’t want to deal with waiting on those and blowing them up and there where to store? We just made it work!
