Genießen Sie wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge über dem Strand von Easton.

This cozy, clean cottage was even nicer than pictured! Our host, Jim, was very accommodating and pleasant. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Fantastic location that was close to Newport and the beaches in Middletown. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again.

Cute place. Had all the amenities you need. Furniture and bed were comfy too. Its a ahoet drive to the popular sights and Newport. Parking was a bit awkward and tight to get luggage out of the car. Host was easy to communicate with and was helpful.

The property and location are PERFECTION! Jim is amazing (!!!) and we could not have asked for a cleaner cottage. It's exactly as pictured and has an incredibly beachy, homey feel to it. We walked to the beach every day! Can't wait to return next summer!

Very nice

Nicely appointed cottage, very clean and comfortable. It's possible to walk to a nearby beach. It suited our needs since we were in the area to attend a wedding. Remember to pack shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and were very pleased with every aspect. We were in Newport for a wedding at the Newport Beach House right down the road. The venue was in walking distance from the cottage as well as the nearby beaches. Check-in process was simple and the host, Jim, was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Clean, cozy, and amazing location

Cleanliness is the most important factor for my family and I — Jim’s place exceeded our expectations. The place was amazing and had every amenity possible. A lot of rentals lag on comfort, but the beds here were genuinely so comfortable and we all slept wonderfully. It was perfect for our family and we’ll definitely only stay here if we ever come back to Newport!!

The cottage was very clean, updated, with new appliances, kitchen well supplied (pots, plates, coffee makers etc.), clean towels, extra blankets, beach towels & chairs. We had a very good time staying there, it took us only a few minutes to walk to Easton beach, Second beach is also nearby, but we used a car to get there. There is another cottage in front, but we barely seen anyone there, as they had their own entrance away from us. Jim is a great host, very friendly, he is ready to help if needed.

The cottage was picture perfect. We used it as a landing pad for a family wedding at the Newport Beach House, which was footsteps away. We hosted a few family members at the cottage and everyone was thoroughly impressed with our accommodations. It slept 4 comfortably and could have fit more.

Lovely little cottage

The cottage was adorable! It’s very conveniently located and perfect for a small group looking for a place to crash in this area. Hosts were great communicators. Only note is the driveway is tight and shared with the main house, so if you have a big car, I would touch base with property owners in advance. But we didn’t have any issues!

Just departing Newport, after a weekend enjoying this comfortable, charming cottage home. My husband, son and I made ourselves at home within the 2 bedrooms, bath - complete with shower, washer/dryer - and the comfy cozy living room open into beautiful kitchen. We walked to delicious restaurants and the most beautiful wedding venue just blocks away. Look no further for your vacation rental!

Great home, so close to the beach, restaurants and Newport!

Had a great stay with three of my friends. None of us had ever been to RI. We had a great time and really enjoyed this house. It was clean, cozy and just about the perfect size for us four. It rained and was chilly pretty much the whole weekend we visited so we didn't get to spend any time outside on the patio, but it looked really nice. Great communication and help from home owner. Thanks, Jim!

Perfect for family and beach!

We had a great vacation - my husband and two kids (6 & 9) - where we were looking to relax and hang out at the beach for the week. The property had everything we needed (beach towels, laundry, outdoor patio, grill). The cottage was perfect for us. Two bedrooms, great condition, clean, nicely decorated, air conditioning, etc. the location was great…the kids counted the steps to the beach. There’s plenty of places to eat, get ice cream a block away. The.ride into downtown Newport is minutes away. The owners were lovely and responsive to our questions.

Enjoyable, cute getaway with all the basic amenities

Perfect relatively inexpensive crash pad for race crew in 20s and 60s not concerned w/ privacy. Clean, pleasant decor in location close to amenities such as pizzeria, Greek restaurant, clam shack (latter only open until 10/10, closed during winter) and we did cook in one night. Good communication w/ pleasant owner. On demand water heater a bit noisy in middle of night. We had cars w/ easy access to downtown Newport. Be warned that finding a restaurant in downtown Newport is not for the faint of heart. Parking and food are expensive and crowded. Once a cruise ship disgorges it’s passengers, finding a restaurant without a line can be a challenge. We found it easier to go to the local closer places in Middleton. We were also somewhat surprised to be unable to find inexpensive dock line and protest flags as well as sailing gloves in our sizes at the local West Marine and chandeleries. Apparently these are not ordered when the season winds down in late Sept/Oct, so bring your equipment with you. A couple of crew members scored some nice crewwear at a good discount at Helley Hansen, but not all sizes were avail. Sometimes the Gill shop wasn’t open during regular hours. Shout out to Quantum sails for their support during the regatta and the North van was present though we didn’t use their services.

Pretty Cottage

This is a renovated and beautifully kept up cottage! We were a family of 4 (two couples) and we stayed for 2 nights inn September. It was very comfortable for us. We were walking distance to the beach and restaurants and were a quick drive to the Cliff Walk and Newport. The host was very attentive and a very good communicator. We highly recommend this home and will stay there again if we are in the area.

If you're a fishermen I've been know to take out a tenant or two on a fishing trip on my boat if my schedule permits.
