Roomy Condo Close to Town

Roomy condo with a large great room/living room, updated kitchen and three bedrooms. Plenty of parking. Nice location 10 min walk to downtown and Oyster Pond. Located nearly across the street from DelMar, one of the best restaurants in the area. Owners very responsive to any problems.

Great Stay!

This is the second year that we stayed here and once again it was a most pleasureable stay 😊. It is a roomy and comfortable space. My recommendation would be the same as last year, to purchase a dresser for the queen bedroom. Otherwise, it was great.

Returned to Chatham after a long time and just as nice as I remember. Condo was very spacious and has all the bells and whistles. Only noticeable thing was the main bathroom had long hair on counter and ironically in a cobweb on light fixture.

Pleasant Stay

Enjoy a pleasant stay in Chatham Village...the property is close to everything downtown Chatham...on the main road, but just on the outskirts of the main strip about a 5 minute walk to the heart of Chatham. The property was well appointed, lots of parking and as expected. Owners were very responsive to any questions. Reminder that this property does not include linens...we brought our own, although the owners recommend a rental service. The washer/dryer was in a shared hallway, but did not impact our stay.

I didn't realize no linens also meant no towels. Apparently this is a Chatham thing, never heard of no linens before but my brothers and sisters (I was in town for wedding) had the same deal at their rentals.

Great Location, House and Host!

The apartment is in a great location just as described in the listing! It was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Though it’s on Main Street we found it very quiet when we were there mid September. Dave was very responsive, made everything easy! You won’t be disappointed! We brought bikes and stored them securely in the garage. The 7.5 mil bike path connector to the Cape Cod Rail Trail is just around the corner. There are 3 great restaurants within a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Town is just a 15 minute walk and was charming. We didn’t have beach weather but made the short drive to Lighthouse Beach and parked easily.

Main Street Chatham - Lovely downtown property!

My wife and our three kids chose to spend our Christmas this year in this gorgeous condo right near downtown Chatham off of main street. We can't say enough about our hosts and the property as from the moment we checked in really felt this was a special vacation during the holiday season in Chatham. Plenty of space, super clean, fantastic amenities and newly updated. Our two teenage sons developed their pool skills (dining room table is also a professional size pool table). We were able to spend time with our daughter in a very comfortable and cozy living space catching up with her freshman semester at college (plenty space as it covers entire 2nd floor) We all enjoyed many of the shops downtown and were very happy to see all the shops opened during Christmas. Del Mar restaurant across the street is a must for dining out (best in Chatham) as we spent a few nights out to eat. Having the Chatham Market across the street enabled us to also set up many nights of fantastic meals at the property together. We can't thank the Grainger's enough for the opportunity in the Holiday season together. We love Chatham (in the summer) but also now love Chatham in the winter and plan on being back next year! First let me say I did not read the information. I did not realize before I got there that no linens were provided. That is 100% my fault. I have never had a VRBO booking that did not provide linens so I didn’t think to read the fine print. I think this property would be fine for a weeklong rental where you drive down from Boston. We were flying from DC for a weekend and couldn’t bring sheets/towels so it was a big hassle to rent them. The management company was not sympathetic that we didn’t read the instructions and provided no help in securing them last minute. The property was large and comfortable but I would provide the following tips for travel. There are many stairs, keep that in mind with suitcases. Could not find the trash can in the kitchen AC is very uneven, and the Primary bedroom faces a very busy/noisy road.

Beautiful Condo

Spacious layout. Split floorpan with bedrooms on opposite side of living area which is very nice. Condiments limited in Kitchen. No Linens or towels provided, we misunderstood this so it caused a lot of stress the first evening we arrived. Two stacked dishwashers. Top dishwasher did not drain. Notified the owners and they were responsive and were going to set up their repair person. We were able to use the bottom dishwasher so it was not a problem. Overall, lovely unit. Be aware that it is on a noisy road which woke us all up early- 6:00-6:30am! We are not used to road noise so take that into consideration. Nice, convenient location. Chatham is a wonderful town! Enjoyed our stay.

Wow, this is a fantastic property located 2 blocks from the most iconic town on the cape, Chatham! Evelyn was a pleasure to work with, great communication, follow-up, etc. Very spacious, high end finishes, comfy beds, great kitchen and a fabulous family room/ billards room/ bar room! Beautiful Place!

We had a wonderful time! Beautifully decorated and deceiving roomy! We were a party of 7, ranging various ages from teens and up and there was something for everyone ! Loved how the large family room with pool table, music system and video game set was away from the bedrooms. Younger ones stayed entertained later into the evenings while not disturbing the older ones :). Also liked the short walk to Chatham Center! We’re definitely planning to rent again!

This property is absolutely fantastic and a diamond in the rough. All one floor living along the 2nd floor of a condo association with ours being the only residential property. 3 lovely small shops along the 1st floor with easy access to stairs both inside and outside to our private entrance. Between 6pm and 10am we have an truly unique "Night at the Museum" experience with the lot and property to ourselves and or our guests. The foot traffic during the day is very light and the access to the center of Chatham and all the wonderful stores, restaurants, Ocean Inlet and other specialty stores is all within a few minutes walk. The property provides access to bikes and beach equipment and also has hardwood floors without. A very charming, clean and high quality setting with easy and quick access into and around town.

This is a wonderful property and a hidden gem for guests that want a great location and a clean, professional a unique property for a small family or friends time away. Chatham is beautiful and we were fortunate in being able to purchase 878 Main Street and this residential property.

The private outdoor balcony with plenty of seating for all and a hard wired gas grill gives you immediate outdoor and private access to the wonderful weather, beautiful evenings and the opportunity to step right outdoors, grill up and enjoy a refreshing drink!

We provide access to a private shared garage for the purpose of tacking beach materials and chairs and some bikes out to the close proximity bike path. There is also a bike rental store just a few hundred yards away.

Another unique feature and benefit is our professional size pool table that is also a full size dining room table when needed. We have high speed internet, Cable TV and a large projection HD TV Screen and surround sound stereo system. Included is a dishwasher, washer/dryer and really all you need at your finger tips to plop down the minute you access the property to enjoy your vacation!
