Steps to Chatham Center & Lighthouse Beach - charming home with central AC

Steps from Chatham Center and a short walk to Lighthouse Beach, our home is the perfect spot for families and couples looking to enjoy all that Chatham has to offer.

With three bedrooms and four full bathrooms, our centrally air-conditioned home comfortably sleeps six people. The house has two living room areas - with plenty of space to spread out, play games, read a good book or watch the large flat screen TV. The kitchen has a granite counter breakfast bar and dining table. It is fully equipped for all your needs with new stainless steel appliances, drip coffee maker, keurig, toaster, blender, lobster pot and outdoor grill.

A lovely sunroom dining area is the perfect space for family meals. A backyard patio and second floor deck provide additional space for relaxing in the sunshine and enjoying the Cape Cod sea air. An outdoor shower is conveniently located outside the side entrance to the home.

The primary bedroom (king bed), two full bathrooms and laundry room are on the first floor, with two additional bedrooms (one queen, two twins) and two full bathrooms on the second floor. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and in the primary bedroom. Free WiFi is also provided for our guests.

Just steps from town, guests can enjoy all that Chatham Center has to offer without getting in the car. Shops, art galleries, bookstores, parks, cafes and restaurants - and so much more!

A very short walk away from town, guests will find Lighthouse Beach - a beautiful Cape Cod beach and lighthouse that are not to be missed.

Linens (bed sheets and bath towels) are included. Six beach towels will also be included for your convenience.

Parking is available for maximum of three cars. No smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.

Best Chatham House Ever!

My, husband, son, brother and I stayed at this property. We absolutely loved everything about it--the size, furnishings, kitchen, access to downtown Chatham and the ocean, the parking, the hosts, etc. We come to Chatham several times a year because we have children and grandchildren in town. This is absolutely the most lovely and most convenient house we have rented. I hope it is available for our next visit.

Excellent Visit to Chatham

Our family stayed at the home in Chatham for a weekend getaway. The location was just what we were looking for; close to the shopping area of town and within walking distance to the lighthouse and beach. The home was very well appointed. We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Stay in Chatham

My family and I stayed at this house over New Years. What a beautiful place! It was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, beautiful bathrooms, and decor. The owners were most welcoming and available if we needed them! We’ll be back for sure.

The house is charming and well kept, but we encountered issues resulting in the 2 stars. When we arrived, unbeknownst to us but known to the owners, the previous tenants had clogged one of the toilets. One of my family members used the toilet, which was close to overflowing. As a result, we couldn't use any of the toilets. We dealt with a handy man and then a plumber from 4:00 to near 9:00 p.m. We were forced to stay at the house (this was our first night and after a long day of travel). Fortunately, the plumbing issue was fixed. The next day I texted the owners about a black ant infestation in the kitchen that had overtaken baked goods I had brought for the kids' breakfasts that morning, who responded that it was "normal," indicating they also knew about this issue but no warnings or other indications were left for guests. So after being held captive our first night, my children were without breakfast our first morning. Third, although the listing indicates a regular (drip) coffee maker is available, and we brought filters and coffee for this purpose, none was found. When I contacted the owners, I was required to search through their musty basement to locate an extra coffee maker, and then clean the coffee maker (as it had been stored (for who knows how long) in the basement), before I could use it. After all of this no compensation by way of a discount, comped night, or even a late checkout was offered. Not even a thank you. If I were you, I'd look elsewhere for a rental.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Chatham and this property was a perfect place for our family to stay. The home is excellently located within walking distance from shops, restaurants and the beach! House is even larger than pictures portray and 4 full bathrooms is a real plus. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!

Best week in Chatham!

This is our 3rd summer in Chatham and it just gets better every time! This house was so perfect and just rented it again for next summer! We literally walked to everything from great restaurants, shopping and to the beach. The house felt very private and charming and everyone had their own space. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home :)

We spent 4 nights here in February. The house was perfect for 5 of us. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The decor of the house is beautiful! We weren’t sure if anything would be open in February, but we actually had many shops and restaurants to choose from. The house is right in the middle of Main Street so we walked to shops and to visit the beach. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!

Chatham Memories

We had a wonderful two weeks visiting Chatham & Cape Cod and this property was the perfect home base. The house is situation in the perfect location with convenient access to town, beaches, and walkable historic neighborhoods. Our kids (4yo, 6yo) enjoyed regular trips to Buffy's ice cream and Chatham Candy Manor while my wife and I enjoy coffee/breakfast runs to Chatham Cookware and lunch/dinner at The Squire. We walked to Andrew Hardings & Lighthouse Beaches many days and tried to find the oldest house in Chatham walking through School Street and beyond. The house was well equipped and comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out and always had what we needed. We spent lots of meals and time in the sunroom off the kitchen. Responsive and welcoming hosts. Definitely will be back again

Loved the house!

The location of the house is amazing. Literally right on the same street as all the shops and restaurants. It’s close to the Lighthouse! And a short drive to other beaches. We enjoyed evenings sitting in the side porch with a glass of wine! Sitting on the back patio in the sun. We didn’t use the grill but it’s on the patio near the table. It’s an older home with some updates! We really enjoyed our visit! Inext fall

This Main St. home is lovely and unique, and perfectly located in the middle of town with minimal late-night noise. And, for a change, the weather cooperated! We were celebrating our 32nd anniversary; our honeymoon was spent in Chatham during the legendary "perfect storm" of October 1991!

Fabulous stay

Our family stayed for over a week and had a wonderful experience. The home is exactly as it looks in the pictures, is well taken care of and clean. The location is incredible. We walked to dinner every evening, enjoyed music in the park and took a few too many trips to candy manor. The welcome info provided was extremely helpful. We hope we will be back in the future. Steps from everything in Chatham, beautiful house

I can't say enough wonderful things about this house. You are literally steps from Main street restaurants and shops and within 15 minutes of several beaches. We walked over to Chatham Bars one morning and watched a fisherman come in and unload his fish at the dock. Another afternoon we walked to Lighthouse Beach and played football in the sand. Every night we walked to dinner in town. The house is renovated in many ways, which is wonderful, but the floor feels original to the 1712 year it was built. Incredible hosts, incredible house.

Ideal Chatham Spot

This is a great rental. We had 2 couples who enjoyed walking to restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. Even the beach and Chatham Light House are nearby. Very clean, nicely decorated, well furnished and charming. Can’t beat this location.

Incredible Trip to Chatham

We can’t say enough great things about this lovely home in Chatham! The location of the house is absolutely perfect. An easy walk to the charming stores and restaurants on Main Street. The home is beautifully decorated and is so comfortable. The house is very well equipped too. We felt so at home. The owners were incredibly responsive and nice to work with. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Chatham. The house is even better than it appears in the pictures. We can’t wait to return in the future!

Great house in a great location!

This home is very comfortable and absolutely charming in its decor. The kitchen is well-stocked with unique dishes and kitchen tools - not just your standard issue IKEA stuff. It is quirky and adorable with enough elbow room for 6 adults to have plenty of space for stretching out. It’s right in town on Main Street just down from all the shops - as well as from The Squire (the local late night watering hole where you can rub elbows with the locals) and other must-see businesses. I’d rent it again in a heartbeat 💗!

Fantastic home!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Chatham! The house was the perfect location. We walked to breakfast and dinner every day. It is right where you want to be! The house is so quaint and has so many great sitting areas. We loved the upstairs deck! We couldn’t find a key and the owners (Babbie and Taragh) quickly responded and were very friendly and helpful. My husband enjoyed the fishing poles they provided. We will definitely be back to stay in the future!
