My mom and I absolutely love staying at “Uncle Lloyd’s”. He was so welcoming and kind it felt like staying with family. The property is quiet and serene. I enjoyed sitting on the private patio with a cup of coffee. The flat is appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. We can’t wait to go back up and visit again.

A fine and memorable stay

Our weekend at Lloyd and Jerry’s retreat was one of the most welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable lodging experiences we’ve had in many years of travel. Lloyd went above and beyond to make my stay special. I had a lovely stay. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers from the garden which elevated the whole experience. Everything was cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Communication was quick and thoughtful. Lloyd had great recommendations for someone from out of town. Quiet retreat, on the water

The suite is a completely private, waterfront stay. Whether you are getting away for some quiet work or want to sightsee and return to an elegant, peaceful setting, you will be glad you found this gem. The host has provided a delightful retreat for his guests.

Beautiful Chatham Location

This was a perfect spot for us. Close to beaches and restaurants! The view from our sitting area was amazing. He put personal touches everywhere and had everything you could possibly need! He stocked the entire place with snacks and goodies. We had are own private entrance with parking.

Just like home, but with a better view!

This was our second stay with Lloyd, and was just as lovely as the first. It is hard to describe the setting as it is not your typical inn or even B&B - more like a cottage in peaceful surroundings. Lloyd is the best host, and if you like bird-watching, the estuary right outside the door offers ample opportunities. We will continue to stay as long as Lloyd lets us!

Lovely property for Cape Cod holiday

Loyd was a gracious host for this ground floor self contained room with more snacks than you can shake a stick at…! Had all that we needed for our short stay and convenient for exploring the Cape by car. Went with Loyd’s recommendations for local restaurants and enjoyed each one. After a long day out we would lounge looking into quiet nature quite peacefully (with a chilled white wine, of course…)

Lloyd and Jerry’s place was the perfect setting to relax snd enjoy our time on Cape Cod. Lloyd went above and beyond as a host: stocking many everyday things like milk and bagels, but also sweet treats made on the Cape. He was the perfect VRBO host who checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to see if mg we needed anything more.The location of this comfy suite was also perfect! It was quiet and peaceful. We were surrounded by beautiful hydrangea bushes, pine trees, and a nearby pond with abundant birdlife. It was a short drive to beaches—bay and seaside—as well as the quaint town of Chatham.We highly recommend this very well-kept, super-clean, cozy space!

Chatham charmer

I cannot say enough good about this location. It was an elegant apartment (with outstanding artwork). Our host had thought of every detail to make us feel welcome and comfortable and he was available had we needed anything. Morning coffee on the outdoor patio , surrounded by blooming hydrangeas and a pond down below was as good as it gets! This is the best place we have ever stayed!

Great stay outside Chatham

Very clean property in a country subdivision about 8 minute drive from Chatham. House owner Lloyd lives above walkout unit. He is a great host- very personable, generously provided wine, snacks, yogurt, fruit and some recommendations. Easy access to roads to beaches and other villages.

Generous and helpful owner

We were greeted by Lloyd, the owner. He provided many snacks and breakfast items - much more than we could possibly consume in 3 days. Answered any questions we had and had lots of advice for the area. Unique location close to nature.

Lovely studio

Lovely studio apartment tastefully decorated with a sweet host who helps with local info and provides lots of snacks and goodies. No kitchen per se or easy place to eat is the only drawback. But plenty to make up for it. Close to Chatham and easy access to the rest of the Cape.

Outstanding!

It was a great stay for exactly what we needed plus some! Lloyd, the owner was very welcoming & personable. There were additional goodies for breakfast & to munch on during our stay which was very helpful for the wedding activities (our reason fir being there). We loved the place and would stay again. Lloyd & Jerry we’re great! Very responsive & friendly. Thank you to BOTH of you!! We had a great trip! Loved it!
