The Space:

Morning light spills through wide windows as the house slowly comes to life, inviting you to sip coffee at the dining table while planning the day’s park adventures. A quiet swim in the pool before the Florida heat settles in offers a gentle start, and evenings unfold with cinema‑style movie nights, game console fun, and relaxed conversations that stretch late into the night.



Sleeping arrangements

The home provides six bedrooms across two levels, giving privacy and convenience for a group of up to twelve guests. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 features a king bed. Upstairs, Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each have a king bed, Bedroom 5 a queen bed, and Bedroom 6 two twin beds. The 5.5 bathrooms ensure ample space for everyone to refresh after busy days exploring Orlando.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped for group meals sits beside a spacious dining table, making it easy to share breakfasts before heading out or enjoy relaxed dinners together. The kitchen includes all the basics you need to cook, and a washer and dryer are available for longer stays.



Living spaces & entertainment

Two large living areas give flexibility for downtime. One area holds a cinema‑style setup for movie nights, while the other features a game console for friendly competition. Air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable year‑round, and free parking includes a garage plus additional street spots.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, a pool, and a hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks. A BBQ grill adds the option of casual outdoor meals, and the resort setting offers shared amenities such as a gym, depending on access.

Located in Reunion, Kissimmee, the home sits just 4 miles from Disney and within easy driving distance of Universal and SeaWorld. A private entrance and complimentary parking make arrivals and departures smooth, while the surrounding resort atmosphere provides a relaxed backdrop to your vacation.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to explore Orlando’s attractions. Reunion Resort is conveniently located near I-4, providing easy access to Disney, Universal, and Orlando International Airport. On-site parking is available in the driveway - Garage is off limits



Feel safe and right at home when you enter the community, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
