The Space:

Soft morning light drifts across the fairways as you step outside, the quiet hum of Reunion Resort surrounding you with a sense of calm. Evenings bring a gentle Florida warmth, perfect for lingering by the fire pit or enjoying the fresh air from the balcony. Whether you're unwinding after days at the parks or spending slow, easy afternoons by the pool, the home offers spaces where you can settle in and feel at ease.



Sleeping arrangements

Five spacious bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across two levels. Downstairs, a king bed accommodates two guests. Upstairs, you'll find two additional king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, and one includes direct access to the balcony. A queen bedroom for two and a bedroom with two twin beds complete the upper level, offering room for groups to rest comfortably in their own spaces.



Outdoor living

The private pool sets the tone for relaxed days, with outdoor furniture and pool loungers offering places to stretch out in the warm Florida air. A fire pit adds another way to enjoy evenings outside, while the patio and balcony provide familiar gathering spots before or after exploring the surrounding area. A hot tub is also available, giving you another place to unwind.



Indoor comfort

Two large living areas offer plenty of room for everyone to spread out, whether you're sharing time together or enjoying quiet moments. The home includes air conditioning and heating, along with essentials such as washer, dryer, bed linens, and bathroom essentials. A TV and game console add options for entertainment, and wifi keeps you connected throughout your stay.



Kitchen and dining

A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes it easy to prepare meals at your own pace. Cooking basics and a full selection of appliances support everything from simple breakfasts to shared dinners. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas give you flexibility in how you enjoy meals together.



Neighborhood

Located in Reunion Resort, the home places you within a community known for its golf courses and inviting atmosphere. The gated neighborhood has a calm feel, with many full-time residents and golf carts passing through. Beyond the resort gates, you'll find a wide mix of dining options and nearby attractions that offer plenty to explore during your stay.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above. Please note that we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park. Additionally, the loss of this card will incur a $150 fine.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
