Oh Dara, I am sad to see your horrible review here as we did not charge you for all of the damage your group created to our home. I would love to post all of the before and after pictures. Your multiple large animals as well as your constant messaging about being unhappy had our team there daily to try to make you happy. The pool was cleaned. Sadly, the gardeners went in just before your arrival and had blown leaves into the pool. It was just a few leaves and we sent someone immediately to try to remedy the situation. You requested that we supply you with more than 12 rolls of toilet paper, which I happily sent over as well as more dog gates. This did not seem to work, however, as your animals completely destroyed our screens and also you left a ton of dog poop in the yard. The grill was cleaned, but not to your satisafaction and for that I am sorry, I offered to send someone over and then I offered to send you to Olive garden if you weren't able to grill as he said it was not cleaned enough. You said no. I tried my best to accommodate your demands. You just seemed unhappy with everything. You said you wanted people to show up and fix things so I told them to go fix things and not bother you. You made the staff very uncomfortable with your angry outbursts. I am very sorry you were not happy with your stay. That is not any of the communication you said to us and if I had known you were not allowing us in because of the damage you caused, I would have understood better what was happening. I have many texts from you stating you loved our home and appreciated our prompt response unlike the larger companies, so it was weird that you are so hateful here. I guess it is because you are worried I will charge you for all of the damage you caused to our home. Don't worry--I will not charge you for the new screen, the broken chairs, the peed on carpets from multiple dogs, the carpet cleaning and the broken drawers that had to be repaired after your stay. I hope future stays at other properties are alerted and see this review in response to you. I always try to give people kind reviews as sometimes your anger is just a flaw that was momentary. Instead, your anger seems to be continuing in order to prevent me from pursuing the needed money for your damages. Don't worry--enjoy your stay at other homes. I would appreciate you not returning to ours as you cost more than the money you paid for the stay. Have a great day and safe travels. If I could change my review, I would definitely change to show all of the damages you created. And as for your last zing--You were angry from the moment you arrived--that gift card offer was for your constant anger--our guests are always happy and we do our best to accommodate if there were issues. That is all I was trying to do for you. If you cannot afford to stay in luxury homes or if you and your guests cannot afford to buy your own toilet paper for a long stay, I suggest you start staying at properties that do not mind your animals breaking through screens and maybe bring your own toilet paper--why on earth did you need 24 rolls of toilet paper plus the ones already in the house I will never understand, but hey--I guess you think that another host would have given you more. Have a great journey in life. Please do not return--I have no desire for another round of all those sleepless nights trying to accommodate a person who is unable to be accommodated.
