Niki, we're glad you enjoyed this condo's ideal location and tastefully decorated interior. We are sorry to hear certain aspects weren't what you expected. Our listings are carefully built to reflect our properties in an accurate light and we note that this condo is 900 sq ft so guests can know what to expect. As the photos reflect, there is room for 5 people at the bar and there are 2 chairs for the table, or 5 people can move their bar stools to the table which expands to a dining table. They send an email out to all guests with instructions on this so all guests can be comfortably accommodated. In regards to the heat, we are sorry you were uncomfortable and the owners wish they had known of this so they could assist you. Their biggest recommendation is to keep the upstairs bedroom barn door closed when using the fireplace on a high setting. The gas fireplace is very efficient and can heat the condo very quickly. Because heat rises, it is best to keep both the upstairs bedroom barn door as well as the interior window over the kitchen area closed while operating the fireplace to avoid overheating upstairs. It also helps to use the ceiling fans on both levels to help circulate the air and prevent the warm air from rising. Adjusting the thermostat in the hallway downstairs for comfortable sleeping temperature and turning the gas fireplace off overnight is advisable. There are many soft blankets in the condo for your comfort as well. The owners have customized the bottom bunk bed to be lower and give enough head space room for the top bunk so even adults who are taller will be comfortable.
