Aussicht auf Dorf / Berg vom privaten Balkon. Gaskamin. Wunderschöne Holzverkleidungen / -türen, Holzmöbel, Fliesenbäder, Schieferküche, Granit-Arbeitsplatten Familienfreundlich. Perfekt für einen fantastischen Rückzugsort in den Bergen. Beinhaltet eine kostenfreie Tiefgarage für 1 Auto.

Mein Platz hat wirklich alles, was Sie wollen oder brauchen für einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in nur ein paar Schritten enthalten: Ski-in / Ski-out, Concierge / Check-in, preisgekrönte Restaurants, gemütliche Restaurants, Cafés und Pubs, Spaß für Familien (Eislaufen, Bungee-Trampolin, etc), Geschäfte, Gondeln und Aufzüge, Spa-Einrichtungen und alles andere. Unser wunderschönes Gebäude in einem Wohnkomplex ist erst 11 Jahre alt und verfügt über ein großzügiges, gut gestaltetes Layout. (Obwohl wir das zusätzliche Etagenbett hinzugefügt haben, ist das 2. Schlafzimmer etwas weniger luxuriös.) Aufzug für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Ski Schließfach für Ihren Gebrauch während Ihres Aufenthalts. Klimatisierte Tiefgarage. Key Card Zugang beim Einchecken.

Meine Preise sind normalerweise niedriger als in anderen Eigentumswohnungen in The Village, da ich es selbst schaffe und es mir gefällt, es so viel wie möglich zu buchen. Die Wochenmitte-Preise sind viel niedriger als die Wochenenden, also schauen Sie in meinem Kalender nach Verfügbarkeit und Preisen. Mein Haus ist genauso wunderschön wie die anderen zentralen Dorf Eigentumswohnungen (noch schöner als einige) und sehr sauber, mit wirklich schönen Möbeln und Dekor.

Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer, beide mit bequemen Kingsize-Betten. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat auch ein ausziehbares Doppelbett (normalerweise im Schrank untergebracht). Und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Das "Gäste" Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Etagenbett. Die Zusatzbetten sind ein wirklich schöner Bonus für mehrere Familien, die sich die Wohnung teilen, aber der Gang zwischen den Betten ist etwas eng. Jedes der Schlafzimmer ist groß und geräumig, wenn nur das Kingsize-Bett vorhanden ist, aber jetzt sind sie nur ein wenig eng. Trotzdem ist der Aufenthalt im Dorf so fantastisch. Dies ist der schönste Weg für Familien, alle zusammen zu bleiben.

Hunde sind willkommen. Die Gebühr für Haustiere fällt pro Nacht und pro Hund an.

Very nice and extra comfortable place. Lots of access to linens and towels as needed. We didn’t see the twin bed in each room as shown in the photos but the corner ottoman in each room may open up.We didn’t need the extra bed this trip but if we do have a fifth person I don’t think they would have been comfortable and we would need a larger unit. Kitchen has everything you need including three coffee machines and electric tea kettle. Love the leftover dry goods are available to use if needed. Parking easy to use and helpful to have luggage cart access. Highly recommend

Great place and perfect location

My wife, son (3 year old) and I stayed here for five nights and had a great time. The place was clean. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with nice stainless steel pans. The apartment location was great, as it's a 30 second walk to the ice rink or ski rentals. About a 45 to 60 second walk to the gondola. Check in was easy, and parking was easy. Would recommend.

Great stay, beautiful condo, well equipped (with nice cookware, dishware and glassware!!) and in a great location within the village for Gondola access as well as all the village has to offer for non skiers. Seriously, I've rented lakefront houses on Lake Tahoe that didn't have as nicely equipped a kitchen as this condo. Will stay here again for sure.

The location was perfect and amazing! The only review I’d add is the carpet needs to be cleaned or updated and master bed mattress updated. Other than that we would absolutely stay at this rental again. We are very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay there. We look forward to next summer and renting this place again.

Hi Michelle. Thanks for the feedback about the carpet and mattress. Carpet cleaning has been scheduled (we do it every spring and fall, but the carpets seems to get the worst over the summer!) And a new mattress for the master is also on the way. I personally think that bed is super comfortable but my husband has been saying it is too soft. Now, with your feedback, I've been convinced to get a somewhat firmer mattress. Glad your trip was great overall.

Wonderful place in excellent location!

Our family has stayed here before and were excited to come back again. :-) We liked that there were two bedrooms, each with king beds. We also liked the option of 2 additional twin-sized (ottoman) beds that could be made up as well. We love the location and always enjoy being right in the Northstar Village. Additionally, we enjoy the outside balcony area where you can "people watch," read a book or have a drink where you can enjoy the view and village fun. :-) Thank you again for another wonderful time!

Perfect location with dashes of care

We stayed off season in April. It was pretty warm and the snow was fading. The property owner is kind and very thoughtful with how the place is prepared. There’s just about anything you might need. You are right in the village. An elevator down will take you a few steps to pizza place. The rooms are large and care was made and it’s comforting. I will return if she will have us!

“WOW!” This was our reaction when first opening the door to Jaysa and Marc’s beautiful, comfortable condo. Photos don’t begin to do it justice. Every room is larger than expected. The decor is lovely. Kitchen supplies are plentiful. There’s even an entire chest of drawers with games, and thoughtful items for those traveling with infants. We enjoyed the large patio, and all living/sleeping areas.The location within Northstar Village is excellent: a two minute walk to great pizza, and coffee (although the condo’s kitchen includes a Keurig, Nespresso, French press, standard coffee maker!!) and to the main recreation center. Some restaurants and shops were closed or had limited hours during this quiet summer off-season.The arrival process from Northstar staff was easy and pleasant. Follow Jaysa’s detailed instructions for the check-in location. I could go on and on, but to keep it brief…if you have a chance, just book it!Many thanks to the Z Family for offering this place to guests!

Listed as a luxury condo falls short

My wife and I recently did three nights at Northstar and since I ski, while she doesn’t, we did stayed in the village here vs outside the resort. Location convenience is the number one winning mark here, plus check in and communication was smooth. But from there and given the cost a night, even off-peak rates, we as consistent travelers wouldn’t opt to stay here again. Main issues: lack of any privacy with this specific location of a condo in “the villiage” - you want a end unit or one that looks at nature, not the shopping avenues in the village. The carpets in this unit are dirty and smelly. (As a skier I realize these ski in/out condos always have more wear too). When we arrived and for our stay it had a very strong smell of Indian food and dirty carpet so we bought several candles. Final major item….the lighting, more specifically, the light bulbs. Such a bright white all over the condo, felt like a cafeteria. Would highly recommend changing bulbs for some relaxing ambient lighting. Overall the host was most gracious and welcoming but the condo itself left more to be desired.

Jaysa's Condo Northstar Village

We had a great stay at this unit in Northstar Village. It is well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is a new sofa, comfy beds, nice balcony. Northstar Village is so quiet at this time of year so it was very peaceful and relaxing for us. Looking for activity? There's a binder with loads of helpful information about the area in which we found the perfect hike for us on Mt Rose. All in all a positive experience.

I grew up in San Francisco and absolutely love the city. My husband is from Boston. We met at a ski resort in Vermont. We lived in Boston for years before moving to San Francisco. We started renting our homes on VRBO/Airbnb in order to travel back and forth between Boston and San Francisco and other locations. When we sold our Boston property, we bought our house in Guerneville Russian River and our condo in Northstar Tahoe. I transitioned my career to become a full time property manager, real estate agent and renovation consultant. I now manage 9 rental units including 5 furnished. Fantastic location in the center of the village. Ski-in/ski-out and never have to get in your car for the whole trip!

Our condo in Northstar is just as nice (maybe nicer) than all the others for rent in the village, but ours is a bit less expensive because I manage it myself and try to keep it fully booked when we are not there!
