Enjoy the perfect getaway at this vibrant pool home with games room located in the gated Terra Verde Resort. This 4 bedroom property is beautifully decorated throughout and sits just minutes from the main attractions, shops and popular restaurants.

You'll find enough room for everyone with the spacious living room and additional relaxation area, all updated with an open layout. There are comfortable leather sofas and a large screen TV.

The kitchen is perfect to prepare home-cooked meals, or why not try the Tiki Bar within the Resort? Gather your group in the formal dining room, or eat by the pool area while enjoying the weather.

Outdoors you have your own private, screened-in lanai with pool and patio area. There is a covered shady area, or soak up Florida sunshine on the loungers. Beyond the patio area, find a grassy, tree-lined backyard that provides quiet seclusion.

There are four stylish bedrooms. The master boasts a king size bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms perfect for the children. There is a further queen bedroom towards the front of the home. All bedrooms have their own TVs with Roku for streaming.

This property also features its own games room including Ping Pong Table, PacMan Arcade Machine, Foosball and Air Hockey.

The Terra Verde Resort is a stunning gated community located in the heart of Orlando and is surrounded by world class attractions. A one-time $25 pass can purchased for parking over the length of your stay - the community is gated with 24hrs security.

You can relax and recharge in the hot tub, detox from stress in the sauna, or unwind poolside with a beverage from the outdoor Tiki Bar.

Terra Verde is located only miles away from Disney World, 15 miles from Universal Studios Orlando and 25 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. They're 3 miles from the Osceola County Welcome Center and History Museum (which features interactive exhibits) as well as other attractions like Fun Spot America and Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament. Not only is Terra Verde close to attractions, but they're also close to golf courses, shopping and dining. The perfect base for an unforgettable vacation experience!

Pool Heat Available $25.00 per day payable prior to arrival. Minimum 3 nights of pool heat. Advance notice is required as the pool may take up to 24 hours to heat depending on outside temperatures.

We're happy to offer a propane grill for your use during your stay! To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following:

• Usage Fee: A propane usage fee of $30.00 applies. Payment must be made before use.

• Safety First: Please follow all safety guidelines, including keeping the grill in an open, ventilated area and turning off the propane tank after use.

• Cleaning: Kindly clean the grill after use to avoid an additional cleaning fee of $50

• Damage & Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by misuse. By using the grill, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

We take pride in preparing the house for each guest, and in doing so, we take inventory of the household contents. If anything happens to be broken or missing, or if extra cleaning is needed, additional charges may incur. Remotes for TV's are the responsibility of you and your guests during your stay. Please put back in their proper locations upon leaving.
