The villa houses four refined suites, each with a spacious bathroom and high-end bedding. The master suite, bathed in light thanks to its large sliding glass doors, opens onto a unique panorama: the ocean stretching as far as the eye can see and an infinity pool tiled with graphic patterns, a true work of contemporary art.



Inside, the design combines modernity and elegance. The spacious living spaces, enhanced by abundant natural light, are decorated with carefully selected works of art. Technology is also a top priority, with a Bluetooth audio system integrated throughout the house to enhance every moment of your stay.



The kitchen, designed for epicureans, is fully equipped: microwave, television, traditional and Nespresso coffee machine, water filter, two refrigerators, and two industrial ovens—everything you need for convivial and refined meals.



To accommodate families or groups of friends, an additional bedroom with three single beds increases the total capacity of the house to 12 people (additional charge available upon request).



Guest Access:

You will need to provide us with copies of all tenants' IDs so that we can create a guest list, which we will leave at the entrance of the building for your safety and that of the residents.



Regarding guest rules, all tenants are prohibited from inviting anyone into the building. However, if you wish to invite friends for lunch, dinner, or drinks, please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival. Overnight guests are, of course, prohibited.



In addition to tenants, each guest must also present ID to enter the building. A separate guest list will therefore be created.



No one will be allowed to enter the building without prior notice.



Parties are, of course, prohibited, as is loud music after 10 p.m.
