The Space:

This unique 858 square meter penthouse offers five comfortable suites, including three suites with king-size beds, one suite with a queen-size bed, and one bedroom with two single beds.



We can easily accommodate 10 people, whether families or couples.

Guest Access:

This magnificent penthouse can accommodate up to 10 people, ideally families or couples of friends.



You will need to provide us with copies of the IDs of all tenants so that we can prepare a list that we will leave at the building entrance for your access. This is for your safety and that of the residents.



Regarding guest rules, all tenants are prohibited from inviting anyone else into the property. However, if you wish to invite a few friends for lunch, dinner, or drinks, your guests must be announced at least 48 hours BEFORE your check-in. Overnight guests are, of course, prohibited.



In addition to tenants, each guest must also provide ID to enter the building. Therefore, there will be a separate guest list.



It will not be possible to enter the building with anyone who has not been announced before your check-in.



Parties are obviously prohibited, as is loud music after 10 p.m.

Getting Around:

Access is very easy and it's located right on Copacabana Beach.



A parking space is available upon request.



The building has two elevators that will take you to the penthouse located on the 13th floor.



The penthouse is a duplex with a grand marble staircase leading to the upper floor!



Other Things to Note:

This is one of the most luxurious properties in Rio de Janeiro – there's simply nothing comparable available for rent in the entire city.



Upstairs is the presidential suite, where many VIP guests have stayed. It overlooks one of the best terraces in Rio and features a black marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a luxurious shower from which you can see Christ the Redeemer and Copacabana Beach.



Downstairs are four bedrooms – all with thier own bathroom The hallway and breakfast area are decorated in a modern, pop-style style. The main living room and dining room – with a central staircase – are boldly designed. The dining table seats twenty, making it the ideal spot in the entire city for a perfect dinner with a view of the Atlantic Ocean.



The apartment has a maid to keep the apartment clean and organized. The furnishings, finishes, and decor are well-chosen, and the renovation was completed in 2005.
