Gute einfache Unterkunft direkt an der Strasse

Die Unterkunft hat einen grossen Raum in dem sich KĂŒche und Schlafzimmer befinden! Das Bett steht zur Strasse hin. Wenn man das Fenster aufmacht hat man ab 6 Uhr die Auto`s im Ohr! Es befindet sich alles was zum Kochen benötigt wird in der KĂŒche! In der Dusche sind HandtĂŒcher vorhanden. Ebenfalls sind BadetĂŒcher fĂŒr den Strand vorhanden! Gegessen haben wir immer auf dem Balkon! Dieser zeigt auf den Parkplatz der Anlage hin. Es ist natĂŒrlich interessant wer kommt und wer geht, allerdings schaut Dir auch jeder auf den Teller. Ein direkter Zugang zum Strand ist nicht vorhanden! Alles in allem war es o.k. fĂŒr uns, da wir fĂŒr den Ironman angereist sind und mit dem Leihauto kurze Wege ins Zentrum, zum Einkaufen und zum White Beach Sands Strand hatten! Wer eine Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Meer sucht mit viel Ruhe muss was anderes buchen!

Best place in Kona

Excellent accommodations! Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, with a whole lot of extras
 beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. second time staying here, will return again. Vicki is a super duper hostess with an eye for every detail to make your holiday memorable. Close to all amenities, wonderful pool looking over the ocean making sunsets every night amazing!

What an amazing experience and host (Viki)!!! Viki provided an abundance of information on things to do, places to eat and anything you might want to know in the area. All amenities you could possibly think of where there and ready at our disposal. She even offered accommodation for early check in without us asking. The bed was very comfortable and the location of the property was in close relation to so many things! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Fantastic Cost and Quality

This studio condo had everything we needed for our stay in Kona. The cleanliness and quality of the unit was top-tier, and exceeded any VRBO we've ever stayed in. Vicki was a great host, with effective, excellent communication before and during our rental. We highly recommend this rental, and would look to rent from Vicki again if we were ever back on the island.

Surprised so close to busy road

We enjoyed our stay at Kona Shores, but initially were dismayed with the location of our unit with a busy road right outside the bedroom and the lanai located surrounded by the parking lot. In a little quieter location the space would have been perfect as it was very clean, well stocked and convenient to beaches. Thanks!

This property was outstanding and the host was fantastic. I will definitely try to stay here again. They had beach gear available, a cooler, dishes and some fruit. Beach towels as well. Very well stocked.

Wonderful again!

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Vicki’s condos and it was just as wonderful the second time around! Everything you need for a week in paradise. Vicki is a wonderful host!! There is we ever need her, but doesn’t intrude either. Of course we never needed her. We will definitely stay there again. We call it our place :o) You won’t regret booking this condo or her other one. (We’ve stayed in both now). Listing is EXACTLY as described. Mahalo!

Feels like home

We've stayed at this property many times,the location is great, easy access to downtown. Our contact person Vickie is always just a call away and unit is very well stocked with everything you need. The bed is to die for with a full kitchen. All I can say unit full of ALOHA.

An excellent home base

Newly remodeled studio with everything you might need but didnt have want to pack such as cooler, chairs and towels for the beach. Kitchen well appointed with nice pans and utensils, spices and condiments. Loved the comfortable bed and air conditioning, made it a great place to rest up between adventures.

Very clean place in a great location

From the moment I booked this property, Vicki had excellent communication and was very informative. When we arrived, her place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My husband and I stayed here for the last 3 days of our 11 day vacation. We took advantage of the fully equipped kitchen to cook some of our own meals as dining out can get expensive in Hawaii. The views from the pool are spectacular and we loved watching the sunset over the water. There are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby and several beaches within 5 miles of the place. I highly recommend staying here if your looking for a clean and affordable base to explore the Big Island.

Awesome all round property and experience

This was by far the cleanest property we have ever had the privilege to visit. We were in town for a wedding, the location was awesome close to everything we wanted to see and conveniently located for shopping and restaurants. The property is as advertised and much more, we found everything we could have asked for in the kitchen and available in the restroom and needs for the beach. The pool overlooks the ocean and is a short walk across the parking lot. We will absolutely consider staying again when we are able to make our way back to Kona, wonderful Host and the property exceeded our expectations.

Everything we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was amazing in the communication and information she provided both prior to and during our stay. The condo had everything we could possibly need and then some - from tour guide books to beach supplies to fresh fruit upon arrival. It was very clean and comfortable. It does face the road, so we wondered about traffic noise. There is some during the day, but was very quiet at night. There is also a nearby bus stop that was very convenient for going into Kona so we didn’t have to pay for parking! Would definitely stay again!

Exceeded expectations

Our stay was wonderful. From the moment we booked, until our checkout, we never had to worry about anything. You can tell Vicki is very good at being a host and anticipating guests' needs. We especially loved the pool with amazing sunset views; this is such a great asset to this property. I was a little worried about noise from the road due to proximity, but this was not an issue. We were very comfortable staying here, and I would recommend to anyone!
