We really enjoyed our stay in and would stay here again. This unit is conveniently located and has a lovely ocean view from the lanai. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and I really liked having a washer/dryer in the unit. The air conditioning worked well and the king size bed was very comfy. There is an elevator. The pool area is awesome, with a fresh water pool, a salt water pool, a sandy "beach" area, grills, and tables overlooking the ocean. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and beautifully landscaped.

Casa de Emdeko 330 ~ two thumbs up

We loved our 4 day stay in this lovely place. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the lanai, and enjoyed walking down the pretty landscaped pool area to the ocean's edge to enjoy the crashing waves on the rocks. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and there are many fun places to visit and dine right nearby. Two thumbs up for Casa de Emdeko 330.

Pool refurbishing

If we had known that the small pool directly below us would be under construction from 8:00am to 3:30pm every weekday we would not have rented this unit. We ended up planning to vacate the unit every day out of necessity. It would have been nice to have a leisurely morning on the lanai but the noise made that impossible. The unit itself was okay. The bathroom was nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The laminate floors need to be replaced and the bed was saggy.

Wonderful apartment near downtown Kona!!!!!!

Aloha! This space was perfect for our trip this time. Within 45 minutes of our favorite white sand beaches, and very close to Kona, grocery stores and airport! I would love to see a few more basic amenities like a less confusing tv set up, some cookware and toiletries (was well stocked for the first week, then needed a few more things.). It was also very quiet (aside from the grounds crew on a few days). Would definitely stay here again and thank you to the management team for being so responsive about our requests! Mahalo!

All the amenities were very welcome, and we enjoyed having the beach, cabana, and pool areas available every day. The grounds were so beautiful and well kept as always.We have already booked our unit for another return in 2024 and look forward to to seeing our friends who visit or stay year round again!
