Great accommodation

The description of the house is correct. It was very clean, perfect equiped (e.g. many towels, spices in the kitchen, beach chairs, …) and it is located in a calm street. We enjoyed especelly in the evening or during the rain the covered outdoor seating with fly gauze. We would book it again at anytime.

Home away from home in Ormond

I have stayed at this home several times over the years! My mom and I think of it as our home away from home when we visit family in Ormond. It is super clean, beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with everything necessary to cook a meal. The back porch is a wonderful place for morning coffee, quiet place to read, or gather with with family. Highly recommend this home, as it does not disappoint!

Quality location

Overall good location, nice and peaceful several really good restaurants close by. The owners were accommodating and reached out partway through the stay to make sure everything was appropriate. All in all i would stay again if i visit Florida again.

A true gem!

The property was everything that we were hoping for. We have stayed in Daytona before and loved this house! It was well kept, updated, and clean. The house was fully stocked from the kitchen, to linnens and even beach gear. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the neighbors were super friendly. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and I would greatly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation.

On Beach Time

Well appointed, super clean house has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our check in and communication with the host could not have been easier. Rooms are bigger than pictures indicate and the closed in screened porch was an added bonus. Ormond beach is less than a two minute walk and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We would stay here again and again.

Relaxing Work-cation

The house felt more spacious than the photos. Fully stocked with everything you need. I loved sitting(and napping) in the enclosed patio to get a breeze but safe from bugs. Such a great location! short walk to the beach, short drive to the grocery store, and friendly faces all around.

Loved this Florida home!

We loved our stay in this lovely home. There was lots of room for the three of us, and we were very happy with the quiet neighborhood and the short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable, showers great and there were plenty of supplies. We lived on the lanai, and the yard, with the palm trees was just right. Tracey was immediately responsive with any questions and suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.

Southern Comfort at the Beach

We are very happy with our stay in "On Beach Time". The house was lovely, clean, well equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were cordial. We will definitely stay there again if we travel back to Ormond Beach.

Great Home Base

This property was very well appointed and we found ourselves very comfortable. Ample blankets and pillows for relaxing at night and everything needed for a trek to the beach made this a very good experience. Tracy was very easy to get in touch with and answered any question we had.

perfect for a quiet beach get away

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family of 6. The only problem we had was the oven was not reliable and made cooking dinners a bit of a challenge but other than that the house was perfect. There were bikes, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, comfy places to sit and the most adorable back yard. The location was perfect. A quick walk to the beach or drive to many great restaurants. We loved the quiet street and the owner was super easy to work with and answered all my questions quickly.

Great getaway

This was a most pleasurable vacation. We enjoyed the property location, close to a sort of activities friendly neighborhood very safe feeling amidst all that is going on today beach was great, fishing was good, shopping was plentiful, good food, and the owner was most accommodating very friendly, answered all calls and questions, highly reccomended property.

“On Beach Time” was a fantastic stay

Property was not only exactly as described, it was better. It has everything needed and more. The location to the beach is perfect, only a short stroll away. Beds, linens and towels are great quality. Kitchen fully stocked and sparkling clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is a true oasis. We highly recommend a stay here and given the opportunity we will definitely be back.

Perfect for our family 🙂

This was our first family vacation and experience renting a private house online. The property was exactly as shown and described. Very clean, well stocked with everything we needed for our family. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close enough to enjoy the touristy stuffs but away from the crowded beaches. The neighborhood was nice and mostly quiet, even the locals I chatted with on my morning and evening walks were very friendly. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

It was truly a wonderful place to stay!

The home was extremely clean and newly renovated. We loved the outdoor area in the back, it was beautiful at night with the palm trees and lighting. Very peaceful place for families and close to the beach. The beach was not at all crowded. I would recommend another TV, there was only one in the living room. If you have kids it’s hard to manage only one TV in the house. Overall very happy with it and would stay again.

Took me two days together everything down to my coffee pot to take on vacation. And it was not necessary this little house is so equipped and spacious absolutely love the kitchen so big and has everything you need we only eat out twice awesome grill such a cozy screened in back porch love the backyard for the Easter egg hunt just at few minutes to walk to the beach not overcrowded like Daytona Beach. Just can’t say enough about this awesome home so clean comfortable the family loved it we will be back.

Lovely, clean, decorated very cool!!! Perfect!!!

This house was perfect!!! Thank you Tracy for a wonderful stay!!! We stayed feb 17-24...my husband and I and our three kids, 15 and12 y old boys and 9 y old daughter. We were all very comfortable, WAY better than any hotel could ever provide!!! The grill was great and full kitchen saved us a lot on meals. Grocery store a few miles away. A 5 minute walk to the beach and the best part, there were chairs, towels, and beach toys for us to use! We spent A LOT of time at the beach! Water was cold but kids didn't care! The weather was gorgeous all week...sunny and 80s. The house had all you could need, and the screened porch was awesome to sit out and read in the mornings while having coffee. So much to do, tons of great restaurants very close by, Daytona Beach is about a 10 min drive. I really loved the beach decor in the house, so colorful and cheery!!! I would highly recommend this home!!! My husband is already planning our next trip to Ormond Beach, and we would definitely stay here again!! Can't say enough about how wonderful our trip was!!!!

Very nice place
