Fabulous 3 Schlafzimmer Oceanfront Condo (mit 2 Master-Suiten am Meer) und Internet

Unsere Einheit ist eine große, professionell eingerichtete, 2.358 m² große Badeinheit mit über 400 m² großem Balkon am Meer. Unser Gebäude ist ungefähr 10 Jahre alt, mit 10 Fuß hohen Decken, Granitzählern, Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl usw. und ist eines der schönsten, wenn nicht das schönste Gebäude am Strand. Es gibt 2 Master-Suiten am Meer, die mit Kingsize-Betten, Wandfernsehern und Schaukelstühlen ausgestattet sind. Beide bieten Zugang zum Balkon. Das 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, ein Doppelbett und eine Wippe. Alle Schlafzimmer haben große Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Flachbildfernseher sowie einen Kamin, einen DVD-Player, eine große Couch und 3 weitere bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Gourmetküche verfügt über Granittheken, Edelstahlgeräte, eine Insel mit separatem Spülbecken, einen eingebauten Weinkühler, eine Kürig-Kaffeekanne, eine normale Kaffeekanne und vieles mehr. Wir haben auch WiFi, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Spielzeug, etc. Der Balkon am Meer verfügt über einen 6-er Esstisch mit Stühlen und eine Chaiselongue. 2 Resin Rocker und ein eingebauter Jenn Aire Grill. Unser Gebäude verfügt über einen Fitnessraum mit eingebauten Fernsehern, einen Internet- / Konferenzraum, ein Clubhaus mit Billardtisch, Fernseher und Kamin sowie eine riesige, zusätzliche Sonnenterrasse. Unser Außenpool ist schön und beheizt und wir haben auch einen Whirlpool, eine Feuerstelle und eine Sauna. Wir sind nur ein paar Meilen vom Flughafen und der Rennstrecke entfernt und ganz in der Nähe von allem hier vor Ort. Von Disneyworld, St. Augustine und das Kennedy Space Center. Im Sommer, am Wochenende und in der Hochsaison platziert die Stadt den Rettungsschwimmerturm normalerweise direkt vor unserem Gebäude, was ideal für Kinder ist. Während der Woche haben wir auch einen Concierge, um Ihre Fragen zu beantworten. In der Regel haben wir nachts einen Wachmann auf unserem Grundstück.

Amazing condo!!

We stayed at Ocean Vistas for Spring Break and I can not recommend this condo enough! Craig gave us a tour as soon as we arrived and was very helpful throughout our stay. The condo is spacious and had everything you could possibly need. The ocean view from our balcony was breathtaking. We will be back!

We stayed here for 5 days. The condo is gorgeous!. 2 primary suites that have access to the balcony. BEAUTIFUL views of the ocean on an extra large balcony. Will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. Craig went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. He welcomed us with a personal tour of the building when we arrived and stayed in contact throughout the week to ensure our stay was going well. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We particularly enjoyed the extra-large balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. We look forward to returning to this condo for another vacation.

Beautiful condo and location!

Craig was absolutely wonderful to deal with when we got there. Communication was above expectations and he showed us around everything when we arrived. We felt very well informed of all the things needed to know for our stay. The condo and view itself. What can I say. Best place so far we have ever stayed each year we have come down. Beautiful view from the balcony and we spent most of our time when at the condo on that balcony overlooking the ocean view. We will be considering this our yearly stay each year.

A week in Paradise!

Very well appointed and clean. Beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. It was wonderful to hear the surf all day and night, especially at night. Craig was very responsive. The coffee maker broke one morning and he had a replacement over the same day. Can't do without coffee!!! The beach in this part of Daytona is a bit out of the hubbub to the north and very walkable and pleasant. We could spot dolphins almost every day, as well as the ubiquitous pelicans, a few ospreys and egrets, and other shore birds. The stairs down to the beach from the pool area are not reconstructed yet, but you have easy beach access through the garage and a public staircase just beside the condo building. The only glitch was that I arrived after 11pm and could not enter the condo building's foyer. My BIL had met with Craig for the 3pm walkthrough and he had all the correct instructions for a later entrance. There was supposed to be an attendant on site to open the front door, but was not there. Fortunately my BIL was reachable and I didn't have to spend the first night on the street! Also, WiFi is excellent; cell service inside was spotty (Verizon). All in all, I would definitely recommend this property, and may return in the future.

PERFECT PROPERTY!

As we walked off the elevator and approached the double doors, I knew it was gonna be nice! Great location, quiet complex, spacious condo, huge balcony with a grill. Pool and Hot Tub are great! Some beach accesses at other locations are being reconstructed because of last year's hurricane, but this complex' access was perfect. We didn't want to leave!

Beautiful facility. Exceptionally clean accommodations. Amazing sunrises. Mere steps from the beach, and convenient to everything. Bikettoberfest was in full swing, but you couldn’t tell, unless you were looking for the bikes. Super easy check in and very accommodating host. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

This is a very nice building that is quiet. We had our dog with us, and the building has a dog park steps away from our door. The condo is on the 2nd floor and close to all the building amenities. I feel the space is larger than it looks in the photos. The owner met us at the condo, shown us the underground parking spot, shown us the around the building and answered our questions about what is around the area. This is a very nice setup and had everything we needed.

We bought this property because we love the building, the oceanfront balcony and the floor plan. We love the idea that when we go to the beach with another family, that we both get our own master suites right on the ocean and that they both access the oceanfront deck. The kids get the 3rd bedroom and the place is so big, that none of us get in each others way. The balcony is easily twice the size of most any other building and it is very private, unlike many of the other buildings in the area. The kitchen is to die for and my husband loves the workout room which he says has better equipment than most fitness centers.
